Join a 1-hour introductory Organizational Change Management (OCM) virtual training session for up to ten individuals designed to help you envision and plan your Change journey. Deloitte specialists will walk through all the recommended OCM phases so you can use the session to gain a foundational understanding of key activities to complete in each phase as you create your organization’s OCM plan, content and implementation program.

Tier 2: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Workshop & Change Blueprint

Need to jump start your Change journey and develop a blueprint to follow? Invest in a 4-hour comprehensive and customized interactive workshop and get a Change Blueprint to map your effort. Prior to the training session, your team will be invited to complete change sensing scans to inform your workshop and Blueprint. Our Deloitte Change specialists will guide you through a tailored Change Workshop to kick off your project and help your teams align on the methodologies, principles, and approach you can follow for successful change adoption and implementation. Note: Workshops can be attended by up to 10 attendees and are delivered either virtually or in-person.

Tier 3: Mid to Full Implementation Change Management Support

Need a fully customized OCM transformation delivery program? Deloitte will work in tandem with your team to provide strategic advising, implementation support, and OCM staff ranging from mid- to full-scale transformation, depending on final scope.
