AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pantomath Core is sold as a contract with two pricing dimensions that work together. The Pantomath Core (Units) dimension covers the base platform, which detects, traces, and resolves data pipeline issues across your data stack. The Pantomath Usage (Units) dimension bills for metered usage on top of that platform. You buy platform units for access and usage units for the volume you consume. The two dimensions are separate line items, so your total reflects both your committed platform capacity and your measured usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What drives cost — the Core platform units or the usage units?
Both charges apply at the same time and appear as separate line items. The Pantomath Core (Units) charge covers your committed platform capacity. The Pantomath Usage (Units) charge scales with the volume you consume. For steady, high-volume monitoring, usage units tend to make up the larger share.
What does the platform monitor, and does that affect my usage units?
The platform monitors data in motion, such as jobs, pipelines, and workflows, plus data at rest, meaning datasets across your stack. As the number of monitored jobs, datasets, and connected platforms grows, your metered usage rises, which increases your Pantomath Usage (Units) charge.
If I add more connected platforms or data sources, does my bill change automatically?
The platform connects to many data warehouses, orchestration tools, and reporting systems through metadata only. Adding sources expands what is monitored and increases measured usage. That raises your Pantomath Usage (Units) charge. Your Pantomath Core (Units) charge reflects your committed platform capacity separately.

Complete Data Observability and Lineage - Extremely Satisfied!

What do you like best about the product?
Pantomath is a complete one stop shop for everything data related. I was able to setup connectors to Tableau, Fivetran, and Snowflake in less than 10 minutes for each. After initial setup, Pantomath went right to work ingesting our metadata and giving us a complete picture of lineage between systems, and total insight into our jobs that we run each day. When a job fails, Pantomath not only tells us it failed, regardless of the system, but also pinpoints the cause of the failure so we can easily fix it quickly to get our business back on track. We regulary get to have checkins (biweekly) with their team and give feedback, as well as request new features. The team is extremely attentive, and they make this a daily must use easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first set up the tool, the alerts were staggering. They use a sort of machine learning to tell you when there is latency in your models, but it takes a bit to train the model. During the beginning of this process, we received several emails about the jobs with latency. The Pantomath team did work with us, however, to make the noise go away and provide more meaningful insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pantomath gives us observability, and very straighforward observability at that. What I really appreciate though is the lineage they provide as well. While migrating from one system to another, we were able to utilize Pantomath to see what every change would affect downstream in terms of other tables and reporting. It was truly a lifesaver during that project.

First-class data pipeline lineage and visualization

What do you like best about the product?
Pantomth has an excellent data lineage visualization that exceeds anything I've seen in other data lineage tools. For complicated pipelines, it's critical for developers and SREs alike to understand the size, complexity, and interconnected nature of individual elements in the pipeline. The UI is well-designed and makes it easy to see and understand lineage and where individual components come into play. More importantly, it allows you to see pipeline impacts at a glance.
Real-time alerting and monitoring in a single pane of glass is another stand out feature. It's nice to be able to see failures and log history in one place rather than switching between tools.
For larger, complicated systems tagging is critical and Pantomath supports tagging as well as bulk manipulation of objects in the system based on tags.
As with any system of this level of complexity, an implementation requires a good partnership between the vendor and the client. The Pantomath team is professional, responsive, and helpful in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides that I can think of.
