As part of the managed services, the cloud services team provides operational support by managing the AWS infrastructure, while the ClearPath Forward services team manages the ClearPath operations and applications. All tickets associated with incident, problem, change and service request activities are routed to Unisys Cloud and MCP operations personnel via entry into the Unisys ITSM system.
