What do you like best about the product?
Its rock-solid, a very secure software, its main features it's the ability to separate IT from business to delegate most of the site roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
For developers, there's little information, capacitation, and it may be very difficult to install, maintain and costomize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise business portals, delegation of content creation and publication workflows, integration with small angunlar apps and application servers

What do you like best about the product?
The offers secure and scalable digital experience with integration support, secure data transfer and role based authentication process to manage your digital progress. The tool provides multichannel capacity with internally supported proxy service. Xperience builder help to easily create forms, workflows and surveys. Websphere support is also available that helps integrate all types of technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic search option is very poor and it is unable to find required content. Java Applet editor is very poorly configured with multiple versions of upgrades that needs to be carefully selected depending upon your system requirements otherwise the entire system can crash. WCM syndication is buggy with an unrecognized browser support for WCM 7.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool offers the best form IBM Solutions with IBM Websphere portal, Domino / Tivoli integration, Xperience builder, and multilingual support. The tool is very flexible and scalable with Java Applet editor. The only problem is that the editor is a non-responsive with a buggy WCM protocol.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has numerous features that help to build a cohesive experience. It offers modern and flexible tools and technologies. It also gives personalized access to services, social contents, information, and application. It simplifies complexity. It allows separating modules in separate portlets too. It also has a powerful search engine and built-in components. Before publishing it allows you to approve content at various levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
With HCL Digital Experience a specific development cost too much. Web content management also doesn’t work well with all browsers. It also takes too much time to install Digital Data Connector, WPS, Case Manager, and Domino. Certification and practice are also difficult and expire. It doesn’t offer proper support or facilitate when you need help. JRE installation on the client’s machine also has some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HCL Digital Experience is very flexible. It allows you to manage your content. Its catalog filtering feature is also very helpful as it filters products and shows those with which clients are more engaged. It also gives clients a rich digital experience through product customization. It also helps content creators by providing them with authority tools.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has helped a lot in delivering engaging experiences to our digital customers by producing content that is tailored specifically for each user’s preferences. It has eased us in the process of running our business campaigns across multiple channels and build responsive content for our subscribers. We are now capable of getting our administrative tasks more quickly and efficiently. Setting up the administration portlets was easy and of flexible nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced a lot of difficulties while trying to find the documentation on this platform’s functionalities. I believe that the documentation on the main website of a product has to be straightforward so that the non-tech persons can easily get to know about the product and decide whether the product can comply with the services that they need. Apart from that, I am happy that my time didn’t go wasted while trying to study its features, as I am happy with this software’s capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It could prove to be the best companion for java developers. It gives you easy access to your media library no matter how large it is. Also, the availability of a variety of search options helps the user get right to what he needs. Its ability to integrate with other management suites is amazing, which also helps us increase our productivity with its so increased usability. In short, this product has provided us with the best collaborative environment among the team as well as our virtual audiences.
