Overview
RUNS IN YOUR AWS ACCOUNT
Autonoma BUILD is not hosted SaaS. Subscribing gives you a CloudFormation template that you deploy through AWS Marketplace Quick Launch into your own AWS account, in the single AWS Region you choose. The stack creates a dedicated VPC and provisions 14 AWS Fargate services with their own PostgreSQL database, Redis cache and EFS file system. Your source code, build artefacts and telemetry stay inside that VPC. Autonoma holds no credential to your account and cannot reach any resource in it. Running these resources incurs AWS charges billed to you, separately from this subscription.
THE AUTONOMA PRODUCT FAMILY
Autonoma BUILD is one of four products. OPERATE provides autonomous operations with agents that monitor, diagnose and remediate production issues. SECURE delivers vulnerability scanning and security remediation. PLATFORM combines all capabilities with cross-capability orchestration, and adds technical-debt scoring and modernization planning. Each works standalone or together.
SEVEN SPECIALIZED AI AGENTS
Requirement AI analyzes requirements from user stories, documentation and stakeholder conversations. It identifies dependencies, detects ambiguities, creates formal specifications and generates acceptance criteria that drive downstream work.
Planner AI transforms requirements into actionable plans. It breaks features into tasks, estimates complexity, identifies technical risks and sequences work.
Architect AI designs system architecture. It defines service boundaries, selects patterns and produces technical specifications.
Coder AI generates code from architectural specifications, following your style guidelines and handling edge cases.
Review AI (shared with OPERATE) reviews code before testing across 12 languages, enforces standards, identifies security issues and gates pull requests.
Tester AI creates test suites covering unit, integration and end-to-end scenarios, generated from requirements.
Debug AI (shared with OPERATE) analyzes errors, traces execution paths and identifies root causes during development, before code reaches production.
ORCHESTRATION AND CONTROL
An orchestrator coordinates all seven agents and RIGOR execution across the pipeline: Requirement analyzes, Planner organizes, Architect designs, Coder implements, Review validates, Tester verifies, Debug troubleshoots.
Autonomy is graduated, not absolute. Agents run at a configurable autonomy level, from shadow mode through to autonomous execution. Every agent decision carries provenance recording what evidence produced it, consequential actions are gated for approval, and third-party dependency installation is blocked behind a security scan and an explicit acknowledgement. Actions are auditable and reversible.
SHARED AGENTS
Review AI and Debug AI appear in both BUILD and OPERATE with different functions. In BUILD: code review and pull-request quality gates, and development debugging. In OPERATE: pre-deploy verification and production root cause analysis.
INTELLIGENCE TIERS
Standard intelligence is included at no extra cost, with baseline reasoning across all seven agents. The PRO add-on upgrades to a stronger reasoning model with cross-project pattern recognition across your organization. The ULTRA add-on provides the most advanced reasoning model with industry-wide shared intelligence, without exposing your code.
INCLUDED USAGE
Each developer receives 60 builds, 30 RIGOR cycles and 12 deploys per month. Agent compute hours are metered from the first hour. All seven agents are included with orchestration at every tier.
WHAT THE STACK USES
Amazon ECS on AWS Fargate, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Amazon ElastiCache for Redis, Amazon EFS, AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon CloudWatch Logs, AWS X-Ray, AWS Cloud Map and an Application Load Balancer, all created in your account by the stack. Optionally, install the Autonoma GitHub App to relay repository events to your deployment over a signed webhook you can verify.
BUILD agents operate on your source code rather than on AWS APIs; the AWS services above are the infrastructure the agents run on, inside your account.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Four usage-based overage rates cover extra Dev Builds, Deploys, RIGOR reasoning cycles, and agent compute hours beyond your included quota. You deploy agents into your own AWS account under a contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A developer is a unique human account that can invoke agents. You are metered by active seats each billing cycle. Dormant seats with no activity for 30 days are automatically removed from the billable count, so you are not charged for unused seats.
You pay the listed overage rate on whatever went over, with no hard cut-off mid-workflow. Each base seat includes monthly quotas per developer. Because you deploy into your own AWS account, there is no hard cap on this Bring Your Own Cloud model.
The add-on bills on top of your base BUILD seats. It must match your base tier's seat range. PRO unlocks a smarter reasoning model with cross-project pattern recognition. ULTRA adds an industry-wide shared intelligence pool. Both charges appear alongside your base per-developer seat charge.

USAGE CHARGES: Refunded if metering errors confirmed, pro rated credits for service quality issues, full refund for platform-caused erroneous usage. You need an active AWS Marketplace subscription to Autonoma BUILD, and permission to create IAM roles, VPCs, RDS, ElastiCache, EFS and ECS services in your AWS account.

You need the API key, the LLM proxy token and the metering token. Quick Launch supplies these automatically. A manual deployment does not, so you provide them below.

The Autonoma BUILD data plane runs entirely in your account: architect-ai, coder-ai, debug-ai, orchestrator-ai, planner-ai, req-ai, review-ai and tester-ai, plus the supporting services (NATS, OpenTelemetry collector, LSP, knowledge graph, scan worker, API gateway). That is 14 services on AWS Fargate in a dedicated VPC with its own PostgreSQL, Redis and EFS.
Your source code, build artefacts and telemetry stay inside that VPC. Autonoma holds no credential to your account.
Running these AWS resources incurs AWS charges billed to you, separately from your AWS Marketplace subscription.
Removing it
The database is snapshotted rather than discarded, by design. Deleting the stack leaves a final RDS snapshot in your account, which survives the stack and continues to incur storage charges until you delete it yourself.
