Deploys into your own AWS account - your infrastructure state, incident history and telemetry never leave your VPC, and Autonoma holds no credential to your account. Eight specialized AI agents and an orchestrator run production: deploy-ai ships changes, observe-ai watches services, incident-ai triages and responds, maintain-ai handles routine upkeep, capacity-ai plans headroom, backup-ai protects state, debug-ai isolates root cause, and review-ai gates the change. Every agent runs the RIGOR framework - Research, Inspect, Generate, Optimize, Review - so each decision carries provenance and is gated, auditable and reversible. One CloudFormation stack provisions 15 AWS Fargate services with their own PostgreSQL, Redis and EFS, in the region you choose.
Autonoma OPERATE is not hosted SaaS. Subscribing gives you a CloudFormation template that you deploy through AWS Marketplace Quick Launch into your own AWS account, in the single AWS Region you choose. The stack creates a dedicated VPC and provisions 15 AWS Fargate services with their own PostgreSQL database, Redis cache and EFS file system. Your infrastructure state, incident history and telemetry stay inside that VPC. Autonoma holds no credential to your account and cannot reach any resource in it. Running these resources incurs AWS charges billed to you, separately from this subscription.
THE AUTONOMA PRODUCT FAMILY
Autonoma OPERATE is one of four products. BUILD provides autonomous development with agents that design, code, test and review. SECURE delivers vulnerability scanning and security remediation. PLATFORM combines all capabilities with cross-capability orchestration, and adds technical-debt scoring and modernization planning. Each works standalone or together.
EIGHT SPECIALIZED AI AGENTS
Deploy AI executes deployments with rollback. It manages staged releases, monitors deployment health and reverts changes when health checks fail.
Observe AI monitors production systems, analyzing metrics, logs and traces to detect anomalies and performance degradation.
Incident AI coordinates incident response. It classifies severity, assembles the appropriate agent response, manages escalation and generates post-incident reports.
Maintain AI handles remediation and preventive maintenance, including database maintenance and runbook execution for known issues.
Debug AI (shared with BUILD) performs root cause analysis. It traces distributed transactions, correlates events across services and produces diagnostic reports.
Review AI (shared with BUILD) validates changes before deployment, checking that fixes do not introduce regressions and that they address root causes rather than symptoms.
Capacity AI manages scaling and capacity planning, forecasting demand and tuning scaling policies against cost.
Backup AI handles backup and recovery: scheduling, integrity verification, retention policy and recovery coordination.
ORCHESTRATION AND CONTROL
An orchestrator coordinates all eight agents and RIGOR execution: Observe detects, Debug diagnoses, Incident coordinates, Maintain fixes, Review verifies, Deploy ships, Capacity scales, Backup protects.
Autonomy is graduated, not absolute. Agents run at a configurable autonomy level, from shadow mode through to autonomous execution. Every agent decision carries provenance recording what evidence produced it, and consequential actions such as deployment are gated for approval, auditable and reversible.
SHARED AGENTS
Debug AI and Review AI appear in both OPERATE and BUILD with different functions. In OPERATE: production root cause analysis and pre-deploy verification. In BUILD: development debugging, and code review with pull-request quality gates.
INTELLIGENCE TIERS
Standard intelligence is included at no extra cost, with baseline reasoning across all eight agents. The PRO add-on upgrades to a stronger reasoning model with cross-project pattern recognition. The ULTRA add-on provides the most advanced reasoning model with industry-wide shared intelligence, without exposing your infrastructure data.
INCLUDED USAGE
Each developer receives 10 monitored services, 100 incident responses and 30 RIGOR cycles per month. Agent compute hours are metered from the first hour. All eight agents are included with orchestration at every tier.
WHAT THE STACK USES
Amazon ECS on AWS Fargate, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Amazon ElastiCache for Redis, Amazon EFS, AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon CloudWatch Logs, AWS X-Ray, AWS Cloud Map and an Application Load Balancer, all created in your account by the stack. Optionally, install the Autonoma GitHub App to relay repository events to your deployment over a signed webhook you can verify.
AWS SERVICES THE AGENTS READ AND ACT ON
OPERATE agents call AWS APIs directly, using the deployment's own role in your account. Observe AI reads Amazon CloudWatch metrics, CloudWatch Logs and AWS X-Ray traces. Incident AI correlates CloudWatch metrics and logs during triage. Deploy AI drives Amazon ECS services and reads Amazon ECR. Capacity AI reads CloudWatch and AWS Cost Explorer and adjusts EC2 Auto Scaling. Maintain AI works with AWS Systems Manager, AWS Certificate Manager, CloudWatch Logs and Cost Explorer. Backup AI manages Amazon RDS snapshots and recovery.
Highlights
Six specialized AI agents working in an autonomous operations loop. Observe AI detects issues before customer impact. Debug AI performs root cause analysis across distributed systems. Incident AI coordinates response. Maintain AI implements fixes automatically. Review AI validates changes. Deploy AI ships with automatic rollback. Together they create self healing infrastructure that reduces MTTR by 85% and prevents 95% of incidents from requiring human intervention.
Predictive operations that prevent incidents instead of just alerting. Advanced reasoning detects anomalies and predicts failures 15 to 30 minutes before customer impact. Autonomous remediation resolves issues without human intervention. Intelligent orchestration coordinates agents using advanced learning for optimal response. Continuous learning from every incident improves prediction accuracy. Three intelligence tiers provide graduated capabilities from baseline to enterprise.
Part of the Autonoma product family alongside BUILD, SECURE, and PLATFORM. All six agents included at every pricing tier with transparent per developer pricing. Intelligence upgrades unlock enhanced reasoning and collective learning. Native AWS integration with CloudWatch, X Ray, ECS, and RDS. Works standalone for operations excellence or combines with other Autonoma products for complete autonomous SDLC coverage from development through production.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

You buy this platform on a contract term and deploy the agents in your own AWS account. Base OPERATE seats come in ranges grouped into Startup, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise tiers. You pick the range matching your developer count, and each seat includes six operational agents. Optional PRO or ULTRA Intelligence add-ons upgrade the reasoning model and must match your base seat range. Four usage-based overage dimensions cover extra agent compute hours, incidents, RIGOR cycles, and monitored services once you exceed your included monthly allocations. Overage bills per unit beyond the allocation.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one developer for seat billing?
A developer is a unique human account that can invoke the agents. You are metered by active seats each billing cycle. Seats with no activity for 30 days are automatically dropped from the billable count, so dormant accounts do not add cost.
What happens if my usage exceeds the included monthly allocations?
You keep working and pay the per-unit overage rate on whatever goes beyond your allocation. There is no hard mid-workflow cut-off. Overage applies to agent compute hours, incidents, RIGOR cycles, and monitored services. In your own AWS account deployment, there is no hard cap since you supply the infrastructure.
How do the base seats and Intelligence add-ons combine on my bill?
You pay for a base OPERATE tier matching your developer range. A PRO or ULTRA Intelligence add-on bills separately and must match that same seat range. The add-on upgrades the reasoning model on top of your base seats. Both charges appear together, plus any per-unit overages you incur.

Usage instructions
Deploy Autonoma OPERATE manually
Prefer the guided path? Use Quick Launch on the Configure and launch page and skip
this page entirely. It fills in your credentials for you.
These instructions are for deploying the same CloudFormation template yourself.
Before you start
You need an active AWS Marketplace subscription to Autonoma OPERATE, and permission to
create IAM roles, VPCs, RDS, ElastiCache, EFS and ECS services in your AWS account.
You need the API key, the LLM proxy token and the metering token. Quick Launch supplies
these automatically. A manual deployment does not, so you provide them below.
CustomerId must be 1 to 19 characters, lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, starting
with a letter or digit. It becomes the name prefix for every resource the stack creates.
Every other parameter has a default. The ones you are most likely to change are
VpcCidr, DbInstanceClass, AgentDesiredCount, DbBackupRetention and AlertEmail.
The Autonoma OPERATE data plane runs entirely in your account: backup-ai, capacity-ai, debug-ai, deploy-ai, incident-ai, maintain-ai, observe-ai, orchestrator-ai and review-ai, plus the
supporting services (NATS, OpenTelemetry collector, LSP, knowledge graph, scan worker,
API gateway). That is 15 services on AWS Fargate in a dedicated VPC with its own
PostgreSQL, Redis and EFS.
Your infrastructure state, incident history and telemetry stay inside that VPC. Autonoma holds no credential to your account.
Running these AWS resources incurs AWS charges billed to you, separately from your AWS
Marketplace subscription.
The database is snapshotted rather than discarded, by design. Deleting the stack leaves a
final RDS snapshot in your account, which survives the stack and continues to incur
storage charges until you delete it yourself.
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
