Usage instructions
You can find a detailed deployment guide on our documentation page: https://www.silverlining.cloud/docs/aws/self-hosted-aws3
Deploy the provided CloudFormation stack in the AWS region us-east-1. Note that the current template does not support other regions. If you need to deploy to a different region, please contact our support team at support@silverlining.cloud .
After deployment, your URL shortener will be available via a CloudFront distribution with a domain similar to this: dyw3woienkdcr.cloudfront.net.
To use your own domain, point your (sub-)domain to the CloudFront distribution. If you want to support HTTPS, you will need to integrate an SSL certificate.
Finally, update the environment variable in the shortener function to specify your custom (sub-)domain.
For detailed instructions on these steps, please refer to our guide at https://www.silverlining.cloud/docs/aws/self-hosted-aws3
