PwC can review the client’s application portfolio to help determine a strategic approach for migrating applications to the AWS cloud and realizing cost savings identified through the business case. A pilot migration may be identified to test and validate the migration process before migrating the application portfolio. PwC implements the migration of the estate through an automated, AI-driven factory model. This migration aims to achieve the identified cost savings and risk mitigation, while also taking advantage of AWS funding mechanisms to reduce the overall migration costs.
