What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the WPS 365 Business, this is cheaper and more efficient compared to other office for business tool. It includes, AI assistant which is very useful and easy to navigate. It provides with the tools they need to support their workforce. Better than MS Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other office tool, WPS needs to improve their work suites since it has a limited features. Sometimes the app itself crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WPS 365 is good for editing files, you can also use it in your iPhone. Easy to use and if I need to edit any documents WPS 365 is my go to office tool. Cheaper compared to other alternatives too.

need to get more work suites, comparing the MS 365, the WPS 365 has limited features.

Storage issue, WPS 365 supports me up to 100Gb storage.
