Vendor refund policy
Refunds apply only to the standard MiDa license. Customizations, bespoke developments, or integrations are non-refundable. Refunds are granted for critical malfunctions unresolved within 30 days, undisclosed incompatibilities with supported systems, and billing errors (incorrect charges or duplicates). Requests must be submitted within 30 days to mida-support@sysmanagement.it with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
