AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You choose one of three monthly plans: SOHO for one user, SMB for one user, or Enterprise for unlimited users. Each plan includes sending and reception credits, with credit limits rising across the plans. When you run out, you buy one-time credit packs. SOHO and SMB use smaller packs of 100, 500, or 1000 credits. Enterprise uses larger packs of 5000 or 50000 credits. Enterprise can also add monthly DID phone numbers. Separate one-time fees cover porting a DID number in or out.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one credit, and how do sending and reception credits differ?
A credit covers one messaging transaction on the platform, which handles fax, SMS, and certified messaging. Sending credits pay for messages you transmit. Reception credits pay for messages you receive. Each plan sets separate limits for each type, so outbound and inbound usage draw from different balances.
What happens when I use up my monthly sending or reception credits?
You buy a one-time credit pack to top up. SOHO and SMB choose packs of 100, 500, or 1000 credits. Enterprise chooses packs of 5000 or 50000 credits. These are one-time charges, not recurring. The SMB plan includes unlimited reception, so only sending credits can run out.
What are the DID number charges on the Enterprise plan, and how do porting fees work?
A DID is a direct phone number for receiving messages. Enterprise can add monthly DID numbers, each including 250 sending and 250 reception credits. Porting a number in or out carries a separate one-time fee. Porting in transfers an existing number to the platform; porting out moves it away.
