You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Vendor support
Customers receive enterprise grade support for Fielder, including onboarding, configuration guidance, and technical assistance. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00to18:00 (UTC-6) via email and support portal, with first response targets on the same day or next business day; critical incidents are triaged immediately and escalated as needed. Support includes incident management, bug fixes, product guidance, and access to documentation. Optional premium support (extended hours and dedicated success management) is available upon request.
