How Elastio Billing Works - Elastio bills based on the amount of data protected, with pricing varying by storage type.
- EBS Volumes: Billed on provisioned volume size, regardless of backup frequency or total backup data.
- S3 Buckets: Billed on total data scanned per month, including full and incremental scans.
- EFS File Systems: Billed on total data scanned per month, including full and incremental scans.
Or, request a private offer or custom quote. Customers who exceed their data tier simply true-up at renewal, avoiding mid-year penalties or surprise costs. Multi-year agreements lock in pricing, and frequent scanning is encouraged, never penalized.
