    The Odyssey Digital Automation Platform, a true no-code solution, creates enterprise-class business applications, integrations, automations and workflows with minimal software development cost and time. It integrates with over 350+ business and IT solutions for the seamless flow of data and processes, the creation of actionable dashboards and applications, in order to meet the needs of the constantly evolving business and technology landscape. The Standard edition has an allowance for 1 server license, 15 task agents and 5 system agents. Incremental server licenses, task agents and system agents can be purchased on a Private Offer basis. Task agents and system agents are not selected at time of purchase, but accumulated by project.

    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    Vendor refund policy

    Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time upon written notice, immediately stop the use of the software and return the Software to Pantheon; however, this does not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay the full license and other Fees for the full term of the Agreement. All Fees for the full term of the Agreement must be paid at the time of termination.

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

    Support is offered on an 8x5, 24x5 and 24x7 basis determined by the client's timezone and preference. Support is covered through phone, email and help desk, as well as in product self-help. Customer Success Manager: Each client is assigned a main focal point to business planning, training and other related questions. Support: Questions or assistance required after onboarding are submitted through our central ticketing systems or by calling the Pantheon Customer Service line at +1-703-391-5633 x1990. Online Training is available on-demand.

    AWS infrastructure support

    AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.

    Interface is nice and easy to manage and plugin based services easy to use.

    The customer support some time wait not quick response.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Some time issue not trackable on site log that time pantheom support to provide server log which is help to fix the issue.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy integration with workflows, and the natural staging from dev to test to live. The ability to create multidevs for testing branched work is great. Pantheon's support has always be quick and useful. And the support for delegating control, so that the site owner doesn't have to do all the security/team assignment/technical configuration is helpful. The downstream support for Drupal updates is great, and the inside knowledge that the Pantheon team has for Drupal, especially with regard to security and potential exploits, is life saving.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some aspects of the dashboard are a bit clunky.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Excellent uptime and performance are primary, of course. Automatic backups and site status information are helpful. Their integration into the Drupal security team is critical. Pantheon's support of the Drupal community is a nice bonus.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that every site comes with separate development, testing, and live environments, making it easy to push updates safely. Automatic daily backups, one-click restores, and easy cloning of environments is also a plus
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Pantheon can be expensive once you move beyond the free dev plan.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The platform enables us to host WordPress sites and provides dedicated environments for testing, development, and staging.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The upsides are it's very straightforward, multi site or multi environment (Dev, Test, Live) it great for testing and workflow. Set up is easy to use if you know what you are doing. Customer support is pretty quick.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I haven't really found anything other than price that I dislike about it. But you get what you pay for.
