You buy this product through a contract, priced per named agent user. Two independent user licenses are available, and you pick based on how customers pay. Key to Pay covers secure phone payments, where customers enter card details as keypad tones inside Amazon Connect. Click to Pay covers secure digital payments, where agents send customers a payment link over chat, SMS, or email. Each license requires a minimum of 10 users. You can buy either license alone or both together. Cost scales with the number of named agents you assign in the Amazon Contact Control Panel.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one named agent for billing on either license?
A named agent is a specific user assigned in the Amazon Contact Control Panel. Each named person you assign counts as one license, regardless of how many payments they handle. You buy a minimum of 10 licenses per solution, then add more as your team grows.
How do the Key to Pay and Click to Pay licenses combine on my bill?
The two licenses bill independently. Key to Pay charges per named agent handling phone payments through keypad tones. Click to Pay charges per named agent sending digital payment links over chat, SMS, or email. You can buy either alone or both. Each carries its own 10-license minimum.
Which license fits phone payments versus digital channel payments?
Choose Key to Pay for voice calls, where customers enter card details as keypad tones that stay hidden from agents and call recordings. Choose Click to Pay for chat, SMS, or email, where agents send a secure link customers click to pay by card, bank, or eWallet.
