SaaS MVP Scoping by Commit (Complimentary for Start-ups)

     Info

    Overview

Commit will work with you to map your product’s personas and process design, break down the requirements and priorities, and process the data collected.

Commit’s SaaS scoping activities include the following:

    • Carry out 5 two-hour requirement collection sessions together with key stakeholders in the organization to better understand intended platform scope. It is our recommendations to come to those sessions as prepared as possible with any existing documentation, product vision outline.
    • Carry out 4 brainstorming hours with a software architect
    • Break down the platform’s high-level requirements, needs and vision into a scoping spreadsheet that includes level of effort estimations by task, and cost estimates by resource type.
    • Estimate the high-level effort, timeline and cost required for an MVP launch based on the scoping breakdown spreadsheet and recommended team size.
