Standard (Paid / Recommended)
Hours / Channel: Business hours support (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 customer local time) via email
SLA / Response target: Initial response within 4 hours.
Includes: Everything in Basic, plus one quarterly health check, configuration review, and up to 8 hours/month of minor customization or assistance (connector config, parameter tuning, small automation tweaks).
