Vendor refund policy
Customers have the right to cancel their subscription and request a full refund within the first five (5) days from the date of subscription. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted. To request a refund, the customer must contact Bwtech's customer service. The request must be accompanied by the customer's email address that is associated with the AWS account, along with the customer's AWS account number.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
Support
Vendor support
Users may request support by opening a Trouble Ticket (TT) inside NetChart regarding: New Feature requests, Questions, Software support, Bugs or Missing data updates. The TTs are sorted twice a day on working days to analyze the priority and direct it to the suitable responsible. Every TT has a defined Resolution time as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA), the Resolution time is tracked daily by the Support Manager. Resolution time ranges from 16 working hours to 30 working days. An SLA Compliance report is provided monthly.
