Mystra is an end-to-end ecosystem designed to accelerate genetics-driven drug target discovery and validation. By streamlining the ingestion, hosting, and analysis of multi-omic data, the platform addresses the core challenges of human genetics research: poor data quality, fragmented tools, and laborious data engineering.
Mystra is a sophisticated cloud platform with scalable infrastructure, developed based on 12+ years of pioneering work by the world-class statistical geneticists, data scientists, and engineers at Genomics. Designed as an end-to-end ecosystem for multi-omic data analysis, Mystra helps biopharma companies accelerate genetics-driven drug target discovery and validation at scale.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Mystra empowers and maximises the capacity of biopharma genetics teams. By removing the burden of data access and preparation, it allows statistical geneticists to accelerate analysis and focus on high-value interpretation. At the same time, by simplifying complex workflows, it enables statgen-adjacent teams (e.g., computational and discovery biologists) to confidently self-generate insights without deep genetics expertise.
KEY FEATURES
Mystra combines an unparalleled data resource with expert data management and advanced integrated tooling.
Data Resource
Extensive, expertly curated multi-omic data resource (GWAS, eQTLs, pQTLs) harmonised from global public and proprietary sources. This includes the worlds largest integrated genotype-phenotype dataset, exclusive meta-analyses of hard-to-access cohorts and diverse molecular modalities for cell-type-specific analysis. Unmatched data scale maximises statistical power and delivers the deepest insights needed to drive critical R&D decisions with absolute confidence.
Expert Data Management
All data is analysis-ready, curated via validated pipelines and expert-led ingestion, harmonisation, and standardisation. Genomics dedicated data team handles rapid ingestion at scale and delivers regular data updates, eliminating the user burden of data preparation. Customers have the option to securely integrate their own proprietary data or subscribe to premium data packages.
Advanced Integrated Tooling
A full suite of built-in analytical tools (e.g. Mendelian randomisation, conditional analysis, and multi-trait colocalisation) within a single easy-to-use platform, where users can run, save, and share analyses. A powerful API provides fast data extraction, programmatic endpoints, and integration with internal workflows. By eliminating tool-switching and manual data handling, Mystra accelerates discovery timelines with greater accuracy and reproducibility.
Automated Workflows With Mystra AI
Mystra AI (currently Beta version) is a conversational co-scientist embedded directly within the Mystra platform. It was purpose-built by experts to accelerate access to insights. Trained on Mystras workflows and data schema, the agent can plan, execute and interpret multi-step genetic analyses within a single chat interface, allowing users to rapidly interrogate data without manual configuration or code.
Use Cases
Drug Target Discovery (i.e., What genes/pathways might be therapeutic targets for a disease?)
Drug Target Validation (i.e., Is this specific target truly causal and therapeutically viable?)
Highlights
Instant Insights: Access analysis-ready data and advanced tools in one unified platform. Generate novel insights in minutes, shifting expert resources from manual data preparation to high-impact analysis.
AI-Driven Workflows: Automate complex research with Mystra AI, a conversational agent embedded directly in the platform that plans, executes, and interprets multi-step genetic analyses.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension billed per user license under a contract. Each license gives one named user full access to the platform's data and modules. Pricing scales by the number of licenses you buy — add more users to expand access across your team. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons here. Access runs through individual, password-protected accounts, so each license maps to one seat. To size a purchase, you count the users who need access and buy a license for each.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user license for billing purposes?
One license maps to one named individual with a password-protected account. Each person who logs in needs their own license. Access runs through individual accounts, so licenses are counted per seat, not per shared login. Enterprise teams can add single sign-on for these individual accounts.
Does one license cover all data and analysis tools, or are features charged separately?
One license gives full access to the data catalogue and all modules. This includes exploration tools, statistical analyses like colocalisation and Mendelian Randomisation, and the AI co-scientist. There are no separate add-ons for individual tools or datasets under this dimension.
If I add team members later, are they charged the same per-license rate?
Yes. Cost scales by the number of licenses you hold. Adding a user means buying another license at the per-user rate. Each new person gets a full-access account. There are no separate tiers, so the rate does not change based on how many licenses you buy.
