Overview
DNIF HYPERCLOUD is an analytics platform built for customers with extremely large datasets. These customers find that the SIEM becomes extremely costly and sometimes unaffordable when the dataset is large. We are focussing on that specific challenge and have built technology around filers to reduce the cost for our customers.
We are working on many innovations that can optimize the space so customers can use the product freely and without thinking about scaling and pricing challenges.

Dimensions summary
Pricing follows two dimensions: plan level and daily data ingestion volume. You choose one of three plans—Essential, Professional, or Enterprise—paired with an ingestion capacity of 50GB, 100GB, 200GB, or 500GB per day. This creates twelve fixed contract options. The plan sets your feature level, while the daily volume sets how much log data you can ingest. Cost scales as you move to a plan with more capability or a slab with more daily volume. Billing is based on raw data ingested per day, not enriched data. All plans include product support.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Your bill is based on raw log volume, the cumulative size of raw events collected each day. Enrichment adds computed context, but those enrichment metrics are not counted toward your daily ingestion. So the field parsing and threat context you gain do not increase your billed volume.
An ingest circuit breaker lets you exceed your subscribed daily slab for up to 5 days within a 30-day cycle, capped at 200% of the slab. Once you breach that allowance, overage charges apply. This gives room for occasional spikes without an immediate upgrade.
All slabs keep ingested data in hot, always-queryable storage for 365 days with no separate archive or cold tier. There is no added charge or query penalty for older data. Your slab sets daily ingestion capacity; retention length stays the same across every option.

What do you like best about the product?
Dnif Hypercloud SIEM tool is good tool for Security incident and threat dedection. Below are some points which is benefial for organization:
1. This software is cost optimal and good for small organization.
2. Easy to understand the tool for admins.
3. Easy to implement and there are various features available in SIEM which helps us to dedect the threats easily.

Its threat dedection capability is less and it does not provide large volume log search capability in tool.
Below are some points which need improvement:
1. Its customer support need to improve as they are not providing resolution properly.
2. Sometimes logs are not coming properly and it does not parse data accurately.
3. There are limited connector available for integrating log sources and for new conector there is separate charges applicable.

We have implemented DNIF Hypercloud solution for solving SIEM solution. We analyse the logs efficiently and cost is also reasonable for small organization.
