Tanaza is an AI-powered cloud-based platform for managing and monitoring Wi-Fi networks remotely. It supports multi-vendor hardware, offers secure guest access, and provides analytics, making it ideal for scalable Wi-Fi deployments across various industries.
Tanaza is a cloud-based platform that makes it easy to provide managed Wi-Fi services to business customers. It is perfect for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that want to serve their business customers with extreme levels of operational efficiency, hardware flexibility and the power of AI-driven operations.
Highlights
Centralized Cloud Management: Tanaza allows users to manage Wi-Fi networks remotely from a single cloud dashboard. Network administrators can configure and monitor multiple access points (APs) and sites without needing on-site visits, which enhances efficiency and reduces operational costs.
Multi-Vendor Hardware Compatibility: Unlike other systems tied to proprietary hardware, Tanaza supports multi-vendor access points, allowing users to integrate existing devices and avoid vendor lock-in. This compatibility extends to various AP brands, enabling more flexible and scalable network deployments.
AI-powered operations: Tanaza includes an AI assistant (N.A.R.A.) which can support the user to get on-boarded, learn about functionalities, troubleshoot networks and ultimately (coming soon) take control to continuously maximize Quality of Experience (QoE) for all connected client devices (both guests and IoT).
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Tanaza Pro pricing scales by the number of access points (APs) you manage. You pick one of four capacity tiers under a contract. SMALL covers up to 100 APs, MEDIUM up to 500 APs, LARGE up to 1000 APs, and X-LARGE up to 5000 APs. The tiers work as size brackets, not add-ons. You choose the bracket that fits your deployment, and cost rises as the AP ceiling increases. Each tier delivers the same cloud Wi-Fi management platform, so the difference between them is the supported device count, not the feature set.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one AP for billing across the four tiers?
An AP is a single access point device you manage through the platform. Each device running the required operating system counts as one AP. Your tier sets the maximum AP count: SMALL up to 100, MEDIUM up to 500, LARGE up to 1000, and X-LARGE up to 5000.
What happens if I add access points partway through my subscription period?
When you add a device mid-period, you are charged only the pro-rata amount for the remaining time until your subscription ends. For example, adding a device halfway through a monthly period bills you for half that month.
If my AP count outgrows my current tier, how does the cost change?
Each tier sets a fixed AP ceiling. To manage more devices than your tier allows, you move to a tier with a higher ceiling. The tiers are size brackets, not add-ons, so you select the bracket matching your deployment rather than stacking capacity.
