How to Activate After Purchasing :
Accessing Perplexity: Navigate to the Perplexity website at perplexity.ai using a web browser. Click the "Sign in" or "Login" button, typically located at the top right corner of the homepage. If you have multiple Perplexity accounts, ensure you're logging in with the email address associated with your Enterprise organization.
Authentication Options:
You can sign in using one of three methods:
- Continue with email (enter your email address and password)
- Google account authentication
- Apple ID authentication
First-Time Setup: Once authenticated, you'll need to accept Perplexity's Enterprise Terms and Conditions to proceed. If you're the first person from your organization logging in or have been designated as an admin, you'll be prompted to enter your organization's name during the initial setup. This name can be changed later through the organization settings.
After completing these steps, you'll be redirected to the main Perplexity dashboard where you can access Enterprise features, including enhanced AI models, internal file search capabilities, and organizational tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Perplexity to be a good product similar to ChatGPT. It's fast, and the information is reliable. I appreciate that I can attach files and have Perplexity work on them. I use it for market research, and it helps me get company profiles, executive profiles, and custom research. The output is very fast with reliable accuracy, and I like that it provides web source links with deep research, which helps prove the output and provide in-depth information. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it does not have AGENT feature like ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Perplexity for market research. It gives me company and executive profiles and custom research. The fast output and reliable accuracy, along with web source links, help validate the information and provide in-depth insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the web search and deep research capabilities of Perplexity, especially because it always cites its sources, which is great for research. The use of multiple models is something I appreciate, and shared conversations are really helpful for preparing for meetings and synthesizing insights from internal discussions across multiple mediums. I also like the local MCP feature, although I wish it had connectivity to external sources. Discovery and news features have been surprisingly integrated into my morning routine, and as a founder, the robust research capabilities help me get to my outcomes faster. Shared conversations are beneficial for ritualized meeting planning, connecting to Slack where our team provides updates, and it synthesizes insights into our meeting deck format, saving a lot of time. I find it valuable for trend analysis across teams and projects over time. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love external MCP support. Working document like a ChatGPT canvas would be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Perplexity helps me with research, answering questions around data, pipelines, and API documentation. I find it valuable as an editor to better write my thoughts out. Instead of searching Google, I can just ask Perplexity and notice that it's faster and usually provides the right answers, plus the references are there so I can check. This saves me from looking through many pages to find what I want. I particularly like the web search and the references because Perplexity searches the web for information, which is useful, especially when the problem has been solved before. Also, the switch from ChatGPT to Perplexity was motivated by the better research tool and web search function. I found the initial setup to be very easy, almost no setup required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having trouble with the user experience, especially with logging in via Google on different devices. Often, it just doesn't work, which sometimes leads me to quit and use a different provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perplexity helps me with research by providing faster and accurate answers with references. Its web search is more effective compared to sifting through many Google pages.
