Fast Output with Deep, Reliable Research
What do you like best about the product?
I find Perplexity to be a good product similar to ChatGPT. It's fast, and the information is reliable. I appreciate that I can attach files and have Perplexity work on them. I use it for market research, and it helps me get company profiles, executive profiles, and custom research. The output is very fast with reliable accuracy, and I like that it provides web source links with deep research, which helps prove the output and provide in-depth information. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it does not have AGENT feature like ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Perplexity for market research. It gives me company and executive profiles and custom research. The fast output and reliable accuracy, along with web source links, help validate the information and provide in-depth insights.
Robust Research, Convenient Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the web search and deep research capabilities of Perplexity, especially because it always cites its sources, which is great for research. The use of multiple models is something I appreciate, and shared conversations are really helpful for preparing for meetings and synthesizing insights from internal discussions across multiple mediums. I also like the local MCP feature, although I wish it had connectivity to external sources. Discovery and news features have been surprisingly integrated into my morning routine, and as a founder, the robust research capabilities help me get to my outcomes faster. Shared conversations are beneficial for ritualized meeting planning, connecting to Slack where our team provides updates, and it synthesizes insights into our meeting deck format, saving a lot of time. I find it valuable for trend analysis across teams and projects over time. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love external MCP support. Working document like a ChatGPT canvas would be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Perplexity for explanation, idea discovery, and industry research. It's a common advisor bot for our team. The research capabilities are robust, speeding up my outcomes. Shared conversations help with meeting planning and trend analysis, saving a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Perplexity helps me with research, answering questions around data, pipelines, and API documentation. I find it valuable as an editor to better write my thoughts out. Instead of searching Google, I can just ask Perplexity and notice that it's faster and usually provides the right answers, plus the references are there so I can check. This saves me from looking through many pages to find what I want. I particularly like the web search and the references because Perplexity searches the web for information, which is useful, especially when the problem has been solved before. Also, the switch from ChatGPT to Perplexity was motivated by the better research tool and web search function. I found the initial setup to be very easy, almost no setup required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having trouble with the user experience, especially with logging in via Google on different devices. Often, it just doesn't work, which sometimes leads me to quit and use a different provider.

Perplexity helps me with research by providing faster and accurate answers with references. Its web search is more effective compared to sifting through many Google pages.

Perplexity Pro Delivers Detailed, Terrific Results with Smart AI Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Perplexity is awesome! It does a terrific job locating and filtering information using the different AI algorithms currently available. You can set up recurring tasks and have it email you results for financial stocks, shopping, or whatever topic you want it to send. The responses are very detailed, and it does an even better job the more information and background you provide. I use the Pro plan and consistently get terrific results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m having a hard time coming up with anything negative. It does a lot of things other tools don’t, and it can either choose the best AI tool for the job automatically or let me pick which one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perplexity has an area called “Spaces.” I’ve set up dedicated spaces for different parts of my business so it can run with things and better understand what I want it to do. I’ve also used other AI tools to create prompts, then moved them into Perplexity (and vice versa) and saved them in my spaces. Overall, it’s a great tool.
Perplexity Makes Proposal Writing and RFP Research Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Perplexity is use for my proposal writing where i can easily do an research about the RFP, i can also download documents in pdf, word documents which can be used easily, daily i'll be using perplexity

it is free only for Airtel user so it is not for all user

we can use it for free but with limited access, research results are accurate and it will give along with the link where it taks the content

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quality of the results. Trusting AI-generated content is not easy, and it feels good with Perplexity. The enterprise controls are also great. I feel safe to deploy it across the company. As we are using the tool in the company, I feel safe as the CISO to use a tool with a high level of compliance and data protection standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The references could work better, they are not 100% good. I believe that if there's no good reference that is specifically relevant to the content, you can drop it.

I use Perplexity for trading ideas, budget and stocks tracking, and reliable web searches. I appreciate its quality results and enterprise controls, making me feel secure deploying it company-wide with high compliance standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Perplexity for coding and researching purposes. It helps solve bugs in code by giving correct code. If I give it code and ask to check and correct it, Perplexity checks and corrects the code if there are any errors. I also use it for editing.

Sometimes it takes too complex and the setup, although very good, takes time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its academic article search shows reliable sources and does not hallucinate the links and doi unlike chatgpt.

its image generation features are not on par
