I also got access through my Airtel subscription, which made it a cost-effective way to use advanced AI features. Getting started was easy, and I was able to use it effectively without much learning.

One thing I dislike about Perplexity is that some AI-generated answers can be too brief or occasionally miss important details, so I still need to verify information from the cited sources. The free version also has limitations on advanced features. I would like to see more detailed explanations for complex topics and better integration with productivity tools to make research workflows smoother.

It’s best AI tool for research because it provides reliable sources and data. For in-depth research and writing research papers, I always prefer Perplexity since it gives me detailed, trustworthy information and clearly cites its sources. Overall, it’s one of the most useful tools for research.

I dislike that I can’t use this tool to write polished emails, presentation content, or creative writing. Presentation content needs in-depth research, and while I can research with this AI tool, I still can’t get good, well-written content for presentations, emails, or LinkedIn social media posts.

It solves my problem by giving me reliable data from their web search engine results. I’m using the basic free plan, and it works well for my day-to-day, normal searches.

To access the advanced features, I have to purchase an upgraded plan. Also, I can’t attach multiple files at the same time, which makes the process less convenient.

Definitely, it helps me with searches related to job descriptions. I work at a recruiting company, and sometimes I get niche roles that I haven’t worked on before. In those cases, I use Perplexity to simplify things for me and make the information easier to understand.

I believe that if you are not attentive to the model you want to use, the system that automatically assigns one to you is usually not very accurate. That's why you have to pay close attention and choose the model you want to use yourself.

I used up all my credits in less than 1.5 hours, even though I pay for PRO, and don't get them back until the end of the month. That's frustrating. Also, I did a credit refill for $100, but then I got logged out in the middle of brainstorming and can't log back in. It feels like you don't get enough for the amount of money you pay. Once you pay, the platform should not kick you out in the middle of a session. It's hard to gather thoughts again. Plus, it's too expensive for a startup like mine; I'll never use it again after my credits expire.

I was looking for airbnb for my clients in puerto vallarta also I was checking some immigration information for them and the results were accurate and was really helpful

What do you like best about the product?

I’ve had the Pro version for over a year. The responses are very sharp, and honestly, the image editing is better than other AI tools on the market.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I used it to review and to confirm answers for exam questions, but the responses were not accurate at all. It failed badly on questions for the final module a CPR course. I know is not meant to be use this way. However, I was looking for a different approach and perplexity didn't fulfill the expectations

It allows me to have a backup AI to look for a different answer in case the one I use day to day doesn’t give me the answer I need.
