In a world where "if it isn't written, it didn't happen," MUST ensures that every spoken word is captured, analyzed, and stored securely.
Capture Everything, Miss Nothing MUST automatically records and transcribes your meetings in real-time or from uploaded files. Utilizing cutting-edge AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) engines, it delivers industry-leading accuracy in Hebrew and dozens of other languages. The system distinguishes between different speakers, ensuring that the resulting transcript is not just a block of text, but a clear, readable dialogue.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing offers three separate contract options for AI meeting transcription and summaries. Two are hosted as software-as-a-service: Must Basic (SaaS only) and Must Classic (SaaS only). These run on the vendor's platform, so you access the service without managing infrastructure. The third option, Must Onsite, deploys on your own server for local operation. You choose one option based on how you want the software delivered. Each is billed as a contract commitment rather than by usage. Pick the SaaS options for vendor-hosted access, or the Onsite option to run the software in your own environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between the two SaaS options and the Onsite option in how the software runs?
The two SaaS options (Must Basic and Must Classic) run on the vendor's hosted platform, so you access transcription without managing servers. The Must Onsite option installs on a server in your own environment, giving you local operation. You choose based on whether you want vendor-hosted or self-managed delivery.
What does the transcription and summaries service actually produce for a meeting?
The service records meetings and converts speech to written text. It produces meeting summaries that capture tasks and decisions. Legal format summaries are supported. Speaker recognition and separation are available, and content covers over 20 languages. This applies across all three contract options.
Are these options billed by usage, or as a fixed commitment?
All three options are billed as a contract commitment, not by usage. You pay a set fee for the term rather than per meeting, per minute, or per file transcribed. This applies to Must Basic (SaaS only), Must Classic (SaaS only), and Must Onsite alike.
