Overview
Twin Talk is an ETL++ and Operational Data Integration Platform. This product version is designed for extracting, filtering, enriching, transforming operational data from PI systems and AF servers and delivering it to AWS services, data lakes, mobile apps, etc. Background: Industrial companies want to mine data across all operating assets and apply modern data science to create analytical and machine learning models that can be used to reduce downtimes and environmental impacts. However, most industrial companies' conventional SCADA systems, historians, and other monitoring systems are siloed, locally limited systems in process control networks, that have no connection to the internet. Twin Talk allows users to manage the delivery of operational data using Data Pipelines from historians and SCADA systems and securely to a variety of target AWS services. It provides data governance on a granular level where each Data Pipeline delivers use-case-specific data to one or more cloud destinations. The operational data can be filtered and enriched with metadata in-flight. The transformed data records are delivered in cloud-service desired formats. Twin Talk scales from small PoVs, to large-scale industrial data lake deployments. Runs on-prem and on EC2.
Input Data Sources: Twin Talk supports all major historians and SCADA systems. Output Data Destinations: Twin Talk can deliver data to all major AWS Cloud Services (such as S3, SiteWise, TwinMaker, API Gateway, Athena, L4E, etc.)
Highlights
- Automation of continuous data movement and enrichment from historians to AWS services
- Quick implementation of large-scale industrial data lake deployments and backfilling historical operational data
- IT-grade and OT enabled security
