You choose between two per-user options billed monthly. Both charge a minimum monthly license fee for each contractor you manage. The Contractor option and the Contractor Light option are separate tiers, not add-ons. Pricing scales with the number of active users, so your cost rises as you add contractors. Each option carries its own per-unit rate, letting you match the fee level to the type of contractor engagement you need. Select the tier per contractor based on the features that engagement requires.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable unit under the Contractor and Contractor Light options?
Each unit is one active contractor you manage in the platform. You pay a minimum monthly license fee per contractor. Counting is based on the contractors you engage, whether they submit fixed-rate, pay-as-you-go, or milestone-based invoices. Adding a new contractor adds one unit to your monthly charge.
How does the Contractor option differ from the Contractor Light option in what I pay for?
Both charge a minimum monthly fee per contractor, but they carry separate per-unit rates. Choose one per contractor based on the engagement features you need. The two are distinct tiers, not add-ons, so you assign each contractor to the option that fits their type of engagement.
What happens to my monthly cost when I add or remove contractors?
Cost scales with the number of active contractors you manage. Each added contractor adds one unit at that option's per-unit minimum monthly fee. Removing a contractor reduces your unit count for the following billing cycle. Your bill tracks the contractors actively engaged during the month.
