Vendor refund policy
iCompaas offers a full refund within 30 days of the initial subscription date if the product does not meet your requirements. Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@icompaas.com with your AWS account ID and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. No refunds are provided after the 30-day period.
