- Rancher Government Carbide
- Exclusively CONUS based US Citizen staffed support
- 24/7/365 troubleshooting and break/fix for critical issues
- Non-critical issues handled during business hours
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager
- Initial architecture review session and best practice guidance
- Full-stack support for Kubernetes, container runtime, Rancher products
- Optional Dedicated Slack or MS Teams for ad-hoc support; RGS SLA response time does not apply
- Does not include engineering deliverables or 'hands on keyboard' support
Certified Integration Support (CIS)
- CIS is available to customers with Foundational Support subscriptions
- Expert support for installation and configuration of approved certified integrations
- Detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of configuration issues to determine RGS SLA eligibility
- Best-effort resolution for configuration issues under RGS control, as determined by RCA
- Does not include debugging, addition of new features or changes to non-RGS product code
- Software issues not covered by RGS SLA will be identified and directed to the appropriate integration partner
- Quarterly SYNC with RGS Customer Success Manager and Support Team
