Single console for Server backup and endpoint backup also get the unlimited storage

Technical support is very poor, they need more team

We have limited cloud storage on other providers but in Commvault we got unlimited storage in endpoint solution

The platform is powerful, but some workflows could be simplified and made more intuitive. Improving navigation and reducing configuration complexity would make daily administration more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m very happy with the number of options, platforms, and integrations I can choose from. I like the cloud storage and redundancy, and how easy it is to restore and test backups. The service catalog is amazing, and we’d be lost without its features and innovations. For backups and ease of use, Commvault Cloud stands out. Setup was very easy, and their team is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Commvault Cloud could make it easier to investigate where my data is growing, access old data, and remove outdated or unnecessary data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Commvault Cloud for third-party backup management, storage retention, data protection, and data residency.

What do you like best about the product?
I can replicate backup data to different locations with relative ease. I like being able to view all my protected resources in one pane, including file servers and VMs, instead of logging into another application to view them separately. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find custom reporting challenging because I have to understand SQL data sets, queries, and table structure. That skill set isn’t typically found with the average Commvault engineer. The built-in reports offer some customization, but anything beyond that requires a deep understanding of SQL tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can replicate backup data to different locations with relative ease.
