Semaphore UI on AWS - Preconfigured, Hardened, Ready in Minutes
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance type you run. The software price is the same across all choices; your cost scales with the instance you select. Options span many families and sizes, from small general-purpose machines like t2.nano up to large compute, memory, storage, and GPU instances such as x1e.32xlarge and p3.16xlarge. Smaller instances suit light workloads, while larger ones handle heavier demands. Billing is usage-based, so you pay only for the hours each instance runs. Pick the instance that matches your capacity needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hour of billing include for a given instance type?
One billed hour covers running one EC2 instance of the type you choose, with Semaphore UI preinstalled by the Websoft9 console. The price is tied to that instance's size and family. Each running instance accrues charges separately per hour while it is active.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped or powered off?
Software charges meter running hours only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the hourly software fee. You may still pay underlying AWS storage costs for the attached volume while the instance is stopped. Restarting resumes the hourly charge.
What drives my cost if I run several instances at once?
Each instance bills independently at its own hourly rate based on its type. Costs add together across all running instances. The instance family and size drive the rate, not any user count or data volume. Running more or larger instances increases your total hourly cost.
