What do you like best about the product?
100% cloud based.
Very customizable.
Support and community is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customized widget creation (BloX) is not intuitive.
I would like to see more widgets available such as buttons, dropdown filters, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is helping us connect multiple sources and transform it into powerfull reports.

Bolx Widget, the user interface is good & tabber option is good.

It needs more coding knowledge if we need to work on Bolx.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the clean and simple look of the graphs in Sisense. The tool is easy to use and had relatively little to no learning curve. Sisense also simplified the way to link different tables together on one (or more) key, making it very easy without the need to use SQL. Once charts/tables/etc. are made, it was relatively easy to integrate into our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the types of graphs/tables/etc. you can create compared to other data visualization tools. There seems to be more limitations on creating tables than graphs.

It would also be nice to have the ability to edit data that appears in the bubbles when hovering over graphs.

Adding new queries could be a little more clear; I had to go through a number of trial and errors to be able to add a new query for a table. A tutorial or a message on what I was doing wrong could would have been extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our data aren't accessible to all indivuduals in our organization. Sisense has helped close that bridge by allowing the ability to create data visualization/tables/etc. and the ability to integrate it into one of our systems where many others can access and view them.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a good interface for complex charts with several data points. I like that you can hover over almost any data point.
I needed to contact support a couple times and they replied back quickly wit accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too long to load. I'm not in the engineering team but I feel that the tool should load data quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated dashboards from multiple data sources.
