Secure Paperless Automation with Great Custom Templates

What do you like best about the product?
The reusable custom templates are an absolute lifesaver for our recurring contracts. Instead of building a form from scratch every time, I can send a clean, standardized template with a single click. The platform's secure audit trails also give us complete peace of mind knowing every signature is fully verified and legally binding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more granular control over the automated email notification settings. Right now, the platform sends frequent updates for every single action taken on a document, which can quickly clutter my inbox during high-volume periods. Having a digest option or the ability to toggle off specific minor alerts while keeping signing notifications would be a huge help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing physical paperwork created substantial overhead costs related to printing, shipping, and physical filing systems. SignNow solved this operational inefficiency by transitioning our entire onboarding and documentation process into a secure, paperless cloud environment. What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SignNow is signing documents electronically and having secure legal documents that I share with the team.
For example, when I hire globally, I use SignNow to sign employee documents and they also use the same to sign and share with us electronically, which has saved us a lot of time and limited workflows.
I also use SignNow to store documents on the cloud so that I have easy access to my documents and I also use it to create document templates the team can use easily.
How has it helped my organization?
SignNow has positively impacted our organization by improving our recruitment. We are able to recruit from different territories, as well as we are able to be compliant by issuing a digital contract that we can sign using SignNow without the need for meeting physically.
SignNow has reduced our paperwork by 15.8%.
What is most valuable?
One of the best features SignNow offers is the document templates. They are very easy, they are customizable, and anyone can use them to just fill in the form. I also appreciate the fillable fields that can be made. Especially, you can create scenarios that have checkboxes, text areas, and sign fields so easily, as well as calculated fields on the document.
Fillable fields in SignNow have ensured that the team signs in or fills in exactly what we want. Calculated fields have helped our workflow so that we are always getting accurate data that we need from them.
Template customization in SignNow is straightforward. You can create your own templates, you can export, you can import, and then you can easily brand them to look like your own brand.
What needs improvement?
SignNow needs to work on the pricing because pricing is a bit more expensive, especially if you are a beginner. It is really too expensive. When you are purchasing a per-month subscription, they make it more expensive. $20 per month is really too much.
Another needed improvement for SignNow is that the integration to collect payment with Stripe is in a higher-priced tier package, so they need to lower it.

I have been using SignNow for five years.

SignNow is stable. I have not seen any downtime and it is more scalable.

I choose a nine because they are still expensive.
My advice to others looking into using SignNow is that it is a good product because it has templates and it has more legal paperwork, so I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for electronic signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bundle option with altaFlow and pdfFiller. I like the ability to create custom links, even with the nuances that I dislike. I like the Me Fill Out Now ability and the template ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when producing a custom link, the document history is better tailored to guest signers. With it not reliable, it is not useful. I don't like the new AI chat bot on the website itself. I do like Luna though. I think it provides useful responses and in a quick turnaround. I don't like that when using a custom link and multiple guest signers open it but never finish it, it still shows up. I wish they were pushed into a different folder. or some kind of different symbol that I can filter for them and not get them bundled into the same category as the ones that were sent directly to a specific recipient. I don't like all of the issues I have been having regarding signNow prompting members to sign up when they shouldn't need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one-off documents. Benefiting as being in part of a package that we pay for and do not have to pay for an additional service

What do you like best about the product?
Sign Now is easy to use, and it’s simple to create templates. I receive email updates on signature progress, and a PDF is sent straight to my inbox as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing at first to assign people and texts, but once I got the hang of it, everything started to feel more streamlined and easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get the signatures I need to book jobs and keep things moving, without having to wait for people to print, sign, scan, and then email everything back. It’s a much faster, more reliable process than receiving emailed photos of signed documents.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow does a good job with document signing and the SSO integration works well once configured. The user experience is straightforward, and it helps reduce reliance on paper-based processes. My biggest frustration has been account migration and document ownership management when users change email addresses, as some administrative features require higher-tier licensing. Overall, it's a solid platform with a few limitations that make administration more challenging than it needs to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration with SignNow has been account management during user email changes. When users move to a new email address, the system can create duplicate accounts and make document migration more complicated than expected. Some administrative features that would simplify this process, such as document ownership transfers, are restricted by licensing tiers. Overall, the end-user experience is good, but administration and account migration could be more streamlined.

SignNow helps us eliminate paper-based approvals and lets employees sign documents electronically from anywhere. The SSO integration also simplifies access by allowing users to sign in with their company accounts, reducing password-related support issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SignNow takes away the unreliability of mailing forms and simplifies the process, making it fast and secure. I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to upload any form and mark it up according to its requirements. The way it simplifies forms that require multiple signatures or have signature lines that are hard to find is really beneficial, as it directs customers to the correct space. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and on top of that, I'm very likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could choose what signature font is available. A lot of customers choose the print type font, which isn't allowed for many forms because it needs to be a cursive font. So, I wish I could remove that option from the font types for signatures. An auto send function would also be nice for when customers haven't signed a form to automatically resend it periodically. I also wish the forms wouldn't expire.

SignNow removes the unreliability of mailing forms, making it fast and secure. Its flexibility in uploading and marking forms simplifies customer forms with multiple signatures, providing the correct signature space.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the quick save functions in SignNow because they allow me to avoid typing information repetitively. The radio buttons, names, and other details being easily available is a huge plus. Adding a password to documents and accessing document history are also features that I find very useful. These capabilities save me a significant amount of time, improve efficiency, and are especially beneficial when dealing with confidential documents and getting signatures without meeting in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that needs to be improved is the document layout and field positioning. While the features like pre-filled fields are useful, they don't always align properly within the document. For example, when adding a radio button, the resize function does not always fit well within the desired section. Additionally, the alignment guides can be restrictive since if one field is placed vertically, subsequent fields tend to automatically align beneath it, making it difficult to position fields independently or create a custom layout. Greater flexibility in field placement could improve the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SignNow to obtain signatures remotely without visiting in person, saving time. It also saves time with pre-filled fields and document history features, improving efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and app layout is easy to follow and use. It was easy to figure out without even needing a trial. Great customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on invites even after having a subscription. The fact that other invitees cannot edit templates even though the main member has given them access to do so. The fact that you can't change email to SMS later or have a feature that says send both email and SMS. The fact that attachments and picture fields are not included in a paid subscription. The fact that when I want to schedule send some bundles, it glitches and says Fail to Send. So I wasted my invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help neurodivergent kids out there get the support they need since we are a non profit. This platform helped us connect to various people - parent, contractors, teachers, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We switched to SignNow a few months ago, and I really appreciate how simple it is to use and how cost-effective it’s been for us. It also seems to offer more features than we’re currently taking advantage of, so there’s room for us to grow into it over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating an invite, I really need a name field. I don’t like having to add someone to my contacts just to be able to see their name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a firm-wide electronic signature platform that we can use through email or SMS. With other platforms, SMS often comes with an additional fee, so I appreciate that we can utilize it here without that extra charge.
