What do you like best about the product?
I like that this system is very flexible, and has a vast number of features to modify and utilize to fit just about any and every buisness case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial implementation team for our organization was incredibly hard to work with. I do not feel that this team listened to what we needed for our organization, and was very argumentative. It is also incredibly frustrating that during implemenation we did not have a resource that could differentiate between what is acqueon dependencies and what is cisco dependencies. The finger pointing back and fourth got to be a bit extreme, and it would be incredibly helpful to have someone that understand both the acqueon and cisco side of this integration to better help customers, and to explain to them when something is on the cisco side of things or when it is on the acqueon side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing list management so that we can run an outbound preview campaign for collection purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Acqueon is the ease of integration with our existing CISCO UCCX system, which was made even smoother by their expert professional services team. They handled the entire setup process for us, ensuring everything was configured correctly and efficiently. The training we received was also excellent, allowing our team to quickly get up to speed on using the system. Acqueon offers a wide range of features, from call management to detailed reporting, all of which have significantly enhanced our customer care team’s performance. The platform is easy to use, and the support throughout the process made a huge difference in our overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience with Acqueon has been great. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features took our team a bit longer to fully understand and implement than we expected. While the training and support were helpful, we needed extra time to get comfortable with certain customizations. Additionally, we found that the pricing for smaller-scale licenses was a bit higher than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acqueon is helping us streamline our outbound campaigns and improve how we manage customer care. By integrating smoothly with Cisco UCCX, it gives us the flexibility to run both agent-assisted and agentless dialing, which makes a big difference in efficiency. The reporting features also give us valuable insights into how our campaigns are performing, so we can make adjustments as needed. Overall, it's been a great tool for improving both our productivity and the quality of service we offer.

What do you like best about the product?
- Satisfies all critical compliance needs out of the box
- Provides business operations the ease and flexibility to configure and manage capaigns on a daily basis
- Relatively starightforward implementation of the out-of-the-box product
- Great product services/ implementation team
- Easy to integrate with CRM systems
What do you dislike about the product?
- Needs a clear model to support multi-tenant model for supporting different business units within an organization
- Restrictions on certain out-of-the-box features that cannot be customized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call complaince is available out-of-the-box and easy to configure at the campaign level. Business operations can manage the product for day-to-day changes without requiring IS support.

What do you like best about the product?
Layout and format is intuitive and real time modifications can be made intra-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be laggy and the real time reporting could be enhanced..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clicker for our 3rd party collection unit is very beneficial along with giving us a more robust compliance package (Genesys is lacking).

Acqueon Integration with SMS gateway in my organization

What do you like best about the product?
We are financial institution with strict security protocols, and our corporate security policy restricts direct communication with SMS servers. Instead we use an internal SMS application with secure, exposed API for sending messages. Acqueon demonstrated exceptional flexibility and expertise by customizing their solution to integrate seemlessly with our internal SMS application API, rather than relying on direct SMS server communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing buildin feature to integrate with SMS API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We procure Acqueon - LCM (List compaign management) for solving the collection department problem, Improve customer experience, and revenue result, and adhere to regularity requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The team showed some great dedication to deliver under difficult conditions. Changing requirments and and scope but reacted with great agility. The product knowledge of the team was critical to delivering against the requirements
