Team really strive to make it a success.
What do you like best about the product?
people - they are able to work in an agile fashion. very commited to making the product a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training.
Training- whilst we held train the trainer sessions - the documentation on the platform is not strong enough. we still find a reliance on AQN to understand how things are interrelated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives an ease of control to the Cisco dialler infratructure, meaning we can have those not well versed in telephony able to admin the platform.

Exceptional system with superior customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the project team was a great experience. They were very patient and held very detailed training sessions and would tailer to how I would learn best. During the implementation process, they were also very helpful as we worked through the best setup and assisted with any adaption that would need to be made. There are several features that allow for you to become as broad or granular as needed to meet the business need. Acqueon is also very interested in hearing and implementing ways to improve the system or ways the customer may utilize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced cummunication barriers, but everyone we worked with was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent lag time between calls, compliace requirements (state and federal regulations), tracking agent production and phone number effectiveness (RPC).

Customer Service and response time, ease of implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they could have worked more directly with CDW. Customer did a lot of back and forth between the two at first instead of CDW and Acqueon working together.

Outbound Dialer Phone Campaign
What do you like best about the product?
Acqueon engagement was a great collaboration to get us up and running with our 1st Campaign. We had several road blocks on both sides which delayed the launch of this program but Acqueon remained very patient and kept our engineer resource in place and available to complete our project. Acqueon attended to our campaign issues almost immediately and also quickly implemented campaign modifications. They really showed that they valued us as a customer and truly are interested in continued partnership to assist us to implement the full capabilities of their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beginning project setup was a little bit hard to follow. I would suggest using something like Teams file sharing so that we can stay better in sync and understand activities and progress on Acqueon end and visa versa. Also would have been best at start of engagement and through the CISCO integration that we spent more time upfront on preparing the environment so we could scope out 3rd party man hours. Maybe include 2hrs of just report training with key team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to have skilled agents receive preview of outbound call to prospect and be able to capture disposition. Multiple attempts automation easily increases the probability of making a sale.

This is part of ongoing Zeta engagement where genpact selected Acqueon as . When we started last year, initially, we thought something is missing.
However, Acqueon team Suresh Kumar V and Praveen Kumar G. under the leadership of Eazu Franklin Ranay and really picked it up swiftly and helped us p[ut together missing pieces and delievered solution in time.
I must say this one is a very complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as a great one under the leadership of Eazu.
However, Acqueon team Suresh Kumar V and Praveen Kumar G. under the leadership of Eazu Franklin Ranay and really picked it up swiftly and helped us p[ut together missing pieces and delievered solution in time.
I must say this one is a very complex multi party integrated solution and Acqueon came up as a great one under the leadership of Eazu.

Apart from a couple for configuration changes after migration, Nothing in particular.

Acqueon acts as Campaign Manager and Webex Contact Center as the dialer. Product inovation requires changes from both Acqueon and Cisco.

Well planned and executed migration
What do you like best about the product?
Acqueon professional services team helped us migrating LCM (4.2.1.31 for UCCE). from Win 2012 to 2019 OS. The project engineer (Suresh Kumar V) carried out due-diligence, gathered all the information, and created a checklist by ensuring the key tasks are executed in a sequential way as there were dependancies on multiple stakeholders.
We're overall very satisfied with this migration and successful readiness of the production launch. The engineer was very flexible and supportive through out the migration and as a result, we did not see any post production issues which displays the sheer determination of the engineer.

Acqueon is a wonderful solution
What do you like best about the product?
Acqueon is a cloud based solution that integrates well with customized environments. Their level of support during implementation is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue was scheduling with the Indian timezones as they are more then 12 hours difference. Acqueon was extremely accomidating with their schedule!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound dialer Campaigns were needed and had to integrate with our current infrastructure and CRM. The solution they provided fit perfectly with us.
Professionals. Only improvement for us that work on Spain that they could speak Spanish

They understand the technical solution and the business environment where it is deployed. They are flexible on the implementation project.

They are not in Spain but this is not a proper dislike but a circumstance.
