Centralizes Customer Data with Seamless Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Tealium Customer Data Hub transforms data from the raw source to different tools we have inside the software. It's very good because we get rid of working time, and we don't need time to transform data. I also like how we can manipulate this data inside the tool. The integrations with emails are great because we can't keep up with all customer's data otherwise. With the software, it's very easy now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say integrations with Odoo EPR. Because, for example, we get some customers' information but not everything. And, unfortunately, we don't have some really good tools to do the integrations. So I would love to see more, more progress on that side. So mainly integration with ERPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tealium Customer Data Hub to integrate different tools and centralize customer information securely. It eliminates paper needs, gives us all information in one place, and makes it easier for the IT team to manage everything, and also it's simpler to get analytics and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to unify data from multiple sources and create a single, actionable customer view. The platform makes it easier to connect web, CRM, and offline data streams while maintaining strong governance and compliance controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge is usability for building audiences or connecting new data sources often feels too technical for a non-developer. The documentation sometimes lacks the depth or clarity needed to troubleshoot quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium solves inconsistent guest profiles. By bringing together all behavioral and transactional data, we’re able to build more complete customer profiles and trigger personalized experiences across marketing channels.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel complex at first, especially when setting up tags and connectors. It also requires some technical background to fully leverage its capabilities, which can slow down onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Tealium Customer Data Hub has significantly helped us automate workflows, saving time that we can redirect to client engagement and better managing customer flows. Its real-time information updates are crucial for keeping our data correct and actionable. I also love the platform's customizability, which allows it to be adapted to meet specific team needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and integration with different platforms and CRM to be quite difficult. This was especially challenging because I hadn't worked with a platform like this before, and many aspects weren't very intuitive. The learning curve was steep, and it took some time to get used to using it. Additionally, I would prefer if the platform were more user-friendly, so less time would be spent on integration at the beginning. Enabling more actions to be done using Enter rather than clicking would also improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Tealium streamlines automation and consolidates customer data, saving time and providing real-time updates for efficient client management.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium makes it much easier to unify customer data across different channels and platforms in real time. The biggest strength is its flexibility in integrating with a wide range of tools and data sources, which helps build a more complete customer profile. I also appreciate the real-time data streaming and audience segmentation, which allow marketing and product teams to act quickly on insights.
