What do you like best about the product?
OnBase integrates well with other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
After our upgrade, there have been some lingering issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase is allowing us to go paperless. We have fewer paper files that need processing and moving around our buildings. The files are instantly available to whomever needs to review them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how powerful the application is and the ability to categorize and find documents
What do you dislike about the product?
after our upgrade to 24.1 we have had major problems with document locking which makes it very difficult for our Admins and wasting their time unlocking locks the majority of the day

accessing documents by many users at the same time and from very remote locations

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to rapidly mesh data together to create truly unique, hand crafted solutions for my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability with OnBase has always been a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as an integration service between our systems. This allows us to create powerful automations that save time and reduce errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is sophisticated and versatile, practically no limit to what you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has gotten pretty bad. Sophistication also translates to complexity, lots of opportunities for things to go wrong. Also, to realize its full benefits you need to have the personnel resources to support it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to surface documents for a wide variety of audiences. Automation features enable our data processing staff to work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Onbase offers a versatile solution that can be configured to meet our needs. It also integrates well with many of our software implementations. Support is prompt and our sales rep is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-premise implementations could use some additional support and features. Hyland's push towards cloud hosting makes sense in the current tech environment, but it is not a viable solution for government entities. A fleshed out hybrid approach that allows the use of new features for on-prem customers would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase provides a centralized solution for records management across multiple divisions and agencies within our county government. Automation features have streamlined many department's workflow processes.

The UI looks very old and not user frienldy.
