My main use case for Vic.ai is for AP invoice production and invoice processing.

When I use Vic.ai for invoice processing, it automatically drills down to the two-way matching of the invoice, the purchase order, and the goods receipt, and along with that, it automatically takes it to the GL.

I primarily use Vic.ai for AP, vendor creation, and GL.

The best feature Vic.ai offers is accuracy.

Accuracy refers to how well Vic.ai matches invoices to purchase orders.

Vic.ai has positively impacted my organization with accuracy and timeliness. It has processed invoices faster and more accurately.

Vic.ai is good, and I do not see much need for improvement.

I have been using Vic.ai for one year.

I chose a rating of nine because the flow is good, the workflow is smooth, the invoice intake is efficient, and the coding is accurate.

Vic.ai's governance and security are very secure.

Vic.ai is very accurate and 100% reliable in its output.

I am not certain if I purchased Vic.ai through the AWS Marketplace.

I would definitely suggest Vic.ai to others looking into using it.

That it reduces manual work while processing invoices by extracting information from invoice and it can also be linked directly to Sage.

Sometimes Vic.ai does not capture or categorize invoice information accurately, so the details need to be reviewed and corrected manually before processing.

Vic.ai saves me time on data entry and makes it easier to review invoices, spot duplicates, and handle AP more efficiently overall.

What do you like best about the product?

I love Vic.ai's Finance-Trained AI Invoice Capture & Coding, which automates 95% of global invoices. This AI isn't just generic OCR; it's trained on millions of global AP invoices, handling various languages and formats with over 99% accuracy. It excels at zero manual data entry for multi-region invoices, capturing all critical data even from unstructured APAC invoices. The smart GL coding aligns perfectly with our US chart of accounts, learning our team's coding preferences and reducing exceptions to less than 1%. It also instantly flags exceptions before they disrupt our workflow, avoiding potential compliance issues. The initial setup was incredibly streamlined and finance-friendly, allowing our US and regional finance teams to configure settings without heavy IT involvement. I'm impressed by how our core workflows were operational in just a few business days.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that there's no bulk multi-currency micro-payment processing. We can't process bulk payments for small-ticket invoices in different regional currencies in a single batch. Each batch is limited to one currency, which increases payment processing time by 2–3 times for small spend.

I've been using Vic.ai for last years, and it's been a game changer for me. The AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources. I use Vic.ai frequently to process invoices. The platform is so simple and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is no direct payment interface to vendor in vic.ai like other software. Hopefully they bring this update on their platform too. Some the customer supports team takes a little bit extra time.

It eliminates my manual working for invoice. Because the AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources.

I like how Vic.ai parses an invoice to provide all the necessary general ledger information, thus allowing for allocation across accounts.

Sometimes, the parsing of an invoice is incorrect, requiring manual correction.

Before Vic.ai, we had to manually review each invoice and denote GL account allocation information manually on the invoice.
