Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing bills through an annual contract. You commit to the Vic.ai AP Module, the AI platform that processes and approves invoices, for a set term and invoice volume. Pricing centers on that committed annual amount. If your invoice volume goes past the contracted commitment, a per-invoice usage fee applies to each additional invoice. So the module sets your base commitment, and the overage fee scales with usage beyond what you agreed to. This structure lets you plan a fixed cost while still handling volume spikes above your plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One invoice is a single vendor bill the platform ingests and processes. It moves through data extraction, coding, matching, and approval. The system handles PO and non-PO invoices, along with header and line-item detail. Each processed invoice above your annual commitment triggers one per-invoice usage fee.
Your committed annual amount covers invoices up to the volume you agreed to. Once you exceed that count, each additional invoice bills at the per-invoice usage fee. This charge applies only to the overage, so your base commitment stays fixed while usage beyond it scales the fee.
The module processes invoices from email, upload, or integration, then extracts and codes header and line-item data. It supports PO matching, approval routing, and audit tracking. Autopilot can process invoices without human review once confidence thresholds are met. These capabilities fall under your single committed module.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Vic.ai's Finance-Trained AI Invoice Capture & Coding, which automates 95% of global invoices. This AI isn't just generic OCR; it's trained on millions of global AP invoices, handling various languages and formats with over 99% accuracy. It excels at zero manual data entry for multi-region invoices, capturing all critical data even from unstructured APAC invoices. The smart GL coding aligns perfectly with our US chart of accounts, learning our team's coding preferences and reducing exceptions to less than 1%. It also instantly flags exceptions before they disrupt our workflow, avoiding potential compliance issues. The initial setup was incredibly streamlined and finance-friendly, allowing our US and regional finance teams to configure settings without heavy IT involvement. I'm impressed by how our core workflows were operational in just a few business days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's no bulk multi-currency micro-payment processing. We can't process bulk payments for small-ticket invoices in different regional currencies in a single batch. Each batch is limited to one currency, which increases payment processing time by 2–3 times for small spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vic.ai eliminates 95% of manual data entry for global invoices, fixes cross-timezone approval issues, and ensures zero manual data entry for multi-region invoices with high accuracy. What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Vic.ai for last years, and it's been a game changer for me. The AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources. I use Vic.ai frequently to process invoices. The platform is so simple and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct payment interface to vendor in vic.ai like other software. Hopefully they bring this update on their platform too. Some the customer supports team takes a little bit extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eleminates my manual working for invoice. Because the AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources.
