Transforms Invoice Management with Stellar AI Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love Vic.ai's Finance-Trained AI Invoice Capture & Coding, which automates 95% of global invoices. This AI isn't just generic OCR; it's trained on millions of global AP invoices, handling various languages and formats with over 99% accuracy. It excels at zero manual data entry for multi-region invoices, capturing all critical data even from unstructured APAC invoices. The smart GL coding aligns perfectly with our US chart of accounts, learning our team's coding preferences and reducing exceptions to less than 1%. It also instantly flags exceptions before they disrupt our workflow, avoiding potential compliance issues. The initial setup was incredibly streamlined and finance-friendly, allowing our US and regional finance teams to configure settings without heavy IT involvement. I'm impressed by how our core workflows were operational in just a few business days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's no bulk multi-currency micro-payment processing. We can't process bulk payments for small-ticket invoices in different regional currencies in a single batch. Each batch is limited to one currency, which increases payment processing time by 2–3 times for small spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vic.ai eliminates 95% of manual data entry for global invoices, fixes cross-timezone approval issues, and ensures zero manual data entry for multi-region invoices with high accuracy. It auto-codes invoices to the correct accounts, flags exceptions in real-time, and streamlines global payment processing and multi-currency reconciliation.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Vic.ai for last years, and it's been a game changer for me. The AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources. I use Vic.ai frequently to process invoices. The platform is so simple and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct payment interface to vendor in vic.ai like other software. Hopefully they bring this update on their platform too. Some the customer supports team takes a little bit extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eleminates my manual working for invoice. Because the AI accurately captures invoice data which significantly reduces manual entry. It's integrated smoothly with our ERP system, saving us both time and resources.

some time falsly show duplicate invoices.

Save time and better control over cash and better sync with ERP . No duplicacy , Powerfull Al tool .
Vic.ai is very user friendly and is much easier to approve/disapprove any documents

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed receipt review, ease of use. I like being able to review actual receipt.

Nothing at this time. Everything works great.

Saving paper receipts for monthly expense reporting.

I wish it were easier to pull reports related to what each employee has uploaded for payment.

Sometimes I forget to check for approvals, and miss the notification. I wish it would automatically send out reminder notifications

I like how Vic.ai parses an invoice to provide all the necessary general ledger information, thus allowing for allocation across accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the parsing of an invoice is incorrect, requiring manual correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Vic.ai, we had to manually review each invoice and denote GL account allocation information manually on the invoice.
Make your life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The AI does a reaaly great job of reading and pulling the data from invoices. As the system learns, it make data entry easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have is that the email headers are not included on the backup, so it can be difficult to see the original header data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be paperless by storing the invoices and it saves us time on data entry. Then the data can sync to the accouting system, flawlesly.
A powerful tool for the right tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Vic.AI does a great job for certain Accounts Payable transactions and saves our firm a lot of time recording routine transactions. Support has been nothing but helpful and there are many useful features that many competitors don't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vic.AI is constantly improving and there are a few tools that feel a bit clunky to use. I would also like to see more sorting and report options in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vic.AI saves our firm a lot of time by remembering recurring transactions and providing a great starting point to recording invoices, this additional time saved helps to make sure liabilities are paid in a timely manner.
