The Best App for Projects, Planning and all round Agility in Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is, easy to use and allows myself to be technical but my not tech business partners and clients still can understand and use it alongside me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes as yet because I love the way it allows me to work with my experience alongside my non tech business partners and clients. There are surely differences between others software but we have embraced all Monday.com has to offer

Bring technical and non technical team members into the same space and solving daily problems. Completing tasks and working collaboratively as well as building workflows

Not being able to re-order your lists easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing everything in to one place and negates the need for multiple emails and items getting missed or forgotten.

Monday can be very customized to suit your needs, whether for documentation, team training, or long term account management.
It's very easy to keep different teams/divisions information separate for relevant use. The scale of what this software can achieve is impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. There are some limitations in terms of what columns are able to document.
I would not use Monday as a full fledged CRM with it's lack of Call/Text/Email capability, but more as a suppliment to a full dialling CRM for those purposes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing our teams to operate independently and track their own performance metrics, accessing training material, and organizing future projects in a seamless fashion.

I like the layout of the software. The design looks good and it is easy to find what you need withouot gouign through a long tutorial like some sfotware applicatrions

Being fully transparent here I have not found anything I have not liked about using Monday

Monday allows quick and efficient collaboration between our internal treams. We have several team members who work remotely and Monday facilitates those interactions beautifully.

My favorite aspect about Monday.com is that I like the features templates.We use action card templates daily for all of our projects

The thing I like best of Monday is that it keeps track of all the notes and you can be very detailed.

The least helpful about Monday is when the timelines are up it doesnt alert anyone.

Monday is keeping all the staff accountable. I am able to check if everyone is doing their job by viewing progress and details easily.

It is a versatile product with various features for project management and our automation team to stay focus on each task, activities which are assigned to them.

Few of the interfaces and features on Monday.com are so complex to understand it initially which may require time and effort to get accustomed hence it is a bit time consuming in initial days.

monday.com is more flexible than a professional gymnast.
It's allowing companies to do Projects Management, to manage their Sales Process, to follow their Marketing Projects or even to manage HR, Developers Process (Epic, Sprints, and so more).

There is allways some miss features. But Rome was not built in one day!

monday.com is so many tools in one.
Before monday.com we were using so many tools, and sometimes we felts completely lost into so much softwares.
With monday.com we can centralize all our effort and our discussion. Now we have everything at the same place and it's quite amazing.
