What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com offers a range of valuable features, there are a couple of areas where the platform could be improved to provide an even more seamless user experience.
One aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the current limitation in copying a list of data that is spread across separate rows or columns. While monday.com is undoubtedly a powerful tool for organizing and tracking information, there are instances where we need to duplicate sets of data quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the current functionality doesn't always cater to this need, requiring us to manually replicate the data or devise workarounds. The ability to easily copy and paste data from various sources while maintaining its structure would greatly enhance efficiency and save time.
Another area where there's room for improvement is in the process of deleting a board that's being shared with a team, especially when the board was created by an employee who has since left the company. It appears that the system might not have a straightforward mechanism for handling this scenario, which can lead to difficulties in managing shared resources. Ensuring a more streamlined and user-friendly process for board deletion, particularly in cases involving departed employees, would alleviate potential complications and ensure that the platform remains well-maintained and clutter-free.
While these aspects could be seen as areas for improvement, it's important to note that monday.com's overall functionality and utility are still significant strengths. The platform's constant updates and improvements suggest that the developers are attentive to user feedback and dedicated to refining the user experience. As such, it's possible that these concerns could be addressed in future updates, further enhancing the platform's usability and versatility.

These include refining the process of copying data from separate rows or columns and enhancing the ease of deleting shared boards, particularly in cases involving departed employees. Despite these minor concerns, monday.com remains a robust and valuable tool for streamlining workflows, promoting collaboration, and enhancing team productivity.
