One of the Best CRMs: Drag-and-Drop and Easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s one of the best CRMs I’ve ever come across. It has a simple drag-and-drop setup and is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports weren’t that accurate, the customization options felt limited, and overall the product came across as a bit amateurish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All leads from calls, emails, and chats were routed back into HubSpot. The sales team used pipelines and stages to help convert those leads into sales. Meanwhile, the data team monitored what was happening to the leads and focused on analysis around sales dips, churn, and related trends.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Commerce Hub is how seamlessly it brings payments, quotes, and invoicing into the same platform we already use to manage contacts and deals. It eliminates the need to jump between systems, keeps everything organized in one place, and gives clear visibility into revenue and deal status. The automation around invoices and payments also saves time and helps reduce manual follow-ups, making the entire sales process more efficient and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of HubSpot Commerce Hub is that some advanced features and customizations are limited unless you’re on higher-tier plans, which can increase costs as your needs grow. Additionally, certain workflows and reporting options could be more flexible, especially for businesses with more complex billing or approval processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Commerce Hub solves the problem of disconnected sales, billing, and payment systems by bringing quotes, invoices, and payments into one centralized platform. This reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and improves visibility into deal and revenue status. As a result, our team spends less time on administrative tasks and more time closing deals and following up with customers, creating a faster and more efficient sales process overall.
Easy Payment Collection & Reporting—Streamlined Records and Company Stats
What do you like best about the product?
It makes payment collection and record-keeping so easy. You can record payments under the deal and the contact record, and you can also pull monthly reports, which makes it very easy to view the company stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about it. I’d just appreciate it if we could add more payment collection options. Right now it collects payments using Stripe, so it would be great if they could add more to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main feature, and the problem it solves, is reporting and record-keeping for every transaction, subscription, and contract e-signing.
Effortless Setup, Needs Pricing Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation tool in HubSpot Commerce Hub, which progresses deal stages based on payment activity. I also appreciate that now all the tools we used before are all in one place, making management much easier. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a nice surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think pricing flexibility definitely needs to be improved. The cost can be a bit high for small businesses, and a basic plan should be introduced.

I can see where the user is in the process without doing all the work manually or going through various tools, emails, notes, or other forms of communication. It's made payments easier to track and follow-ups are automated, saving time while ensuring revenue keeps flowing. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customized options for invoices and workflows could be deeper. Also, reporting around payments could be more flexible along with better analytics. More control over invoice layouts, payment terms, and conditional workflows would be a big improvement. Additionally, payment reports like aging reports, failed payment trends, and better filters on timeline and deals would be beneficial.

I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to manage quotes, invoices, and payments in one place, eliminating manual billing work and ensuring easy handoffs between sales and finance. It automates follow-ups and offers real-time payment visibility, saving time while keeping revenue flowing.

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Commerce Hub is the best platform I've used. It's easy to handle, and it integrates well, transferring Facebook leads to HubSpot and allocating them to employees. The initial setup was very easy.

The downside is the pricing.it gets expensive as you grow, and some useful features are locked behind higher plans. Customization can also feel limited for more complex needs

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Commerce Hub is a one-stop solution that helps our whole organization keep track of specific deals or tickets. It allows us to move tickets between teams for different actions without any human intervention, which is incredibly helpful. It also helps with the overall workflow by streamlining processes, like moving a customer's email migration ticket from initial contact to deployment, and eventually to support automatically. The initial setup wasn't really tough, and after it's set up, it works absolutely great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that changes can be made to the UI and looks of the tool.
