A robust solution for enterprises that are AI adopters

What do you like best about the product?
I believe AI-driven features such as Capella iQ - it is a time-saving and helpful tool that is making decision-taking more efficient and easy to use. Also, the integration with other platforms like Google Cloud - is really beneficial for a company that is having a multicloud strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the customer support - I'm not really enjoying that Couchbase is having a smaller developer community than other platforms. Setting up Couchbase clusters - requires specialized expertise, if you are not having a background experience in areas like this, it is not really easy to implement for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Couchbase is helping us handle spikes during peak seasons (like Black Friday and Easter). Also, it is helping us build a personalized customer experience for our clients, recommending them the best honey products that are suitable for them. (We are selling honey - www.apisrom.ro)
