What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to help with my emails and documents to refine and spell-check them before they are sent out.

I would say the paywall for certain features keeps me from using this product to it full potential.

It helps with redundancies and keeping my punctuation and grammar clear.

I like using Grammarly for identifying grammatical errors and fixing spelling mistakes, which ensures effective writing with zero grammatical errors and valuable word suggestions. I appreciate the underline text feature that highlights areas needing grammar review, making my emails and corporate writings error-free. The ease of setup was a plus for me, and I particularly enjoy the words suggestion feature, which really stands out for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to help edit my presentations and emails. It greatly assists my grammar, punctuation, and suggests more concise ways of wording a sentence. I like how fast and easy it is to use. The spell check is also great. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions Grammarly makes for wording don't sound like they are in my own voice. I would like multiple options for suggested wording.

I use Grammarly to edit my presentations and emails. It helps with grammar, punctuation, and suggests more concise wording. The spell check is great, and it's fast and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly helps me a lot in writing emails by identifying what needs to be corrected before I send them. It changes the format and shows me what's correct, including the right words and language specifics, which makes sending emails more accurate. It helps me finalize the email by adjusting the texture and format, changing the email's view so I'm confident about my choice of words. Additionally, I find it easy to use as it integrates seamlessly as a plugin in Microsoft 365 apps, appearing right when needed while typing an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use Grammarly much anymore because AI tools like Copilot help me more with changing the email structure and creating drafts.

Grammarly helps me identify areas to improve when writing emails, changes formats for clarity, suggests the correct words, and finalizes email texture and format.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Snippet feature in Grammarly; it helps me quickly respond to hundreds of emails daily with a template library. I also find the availability across platforms like the browser extension, web version, and Slack version super convenient, as it saves a lot of time since I can stay within the respective applications. The AI rewrite option is a great time saver, allowing me to proofread and refine my responses without needing to switch between tabs. Additionally, I love the hotkeys Grammarly has, and while I'd welcome the ability to customize them more, they are already quite handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the hot keys they have -- having more ways to configure them with combinations (customize in general) would be great. Not that I'm complaining, just would love it either way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for quick responses using Snippets, saving time by editing directly in apps, and the AI rewrite enhances my proofreading across different platforms.
Easy to Use with Plenty of Ideas to Enhance Writing Style
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and variety of ideas to help writing styles. Also really like the fact I dont need a downloadable client - everything is browser based which means I get help with spelling and grammar as I have the browser extension - no more spelling errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not too keen on the new template layout - prefer the classic style, sometimes the editor gets confused too, so I have to re-check everything when we have modified the " in the texts. But, that is rare but does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the obvious spelling correction, Grammarly helps with structuring sentences better (sometimes whenI have "writer's block", this is very helpful. Also, I check the content that my content writers write - to ensure that there is no plagiarism going on.
Enhances Writing with Insights, But Needs Precision
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly helps me identify the tone of my messages, so I can understand how my writing may sound to the reader. The weekly summary showing my productivity, accuracy, and unique words compared to other Grammarly users is very helpful, boosting my confidence in writing. I find these features particularly valuable as they assist in ensuring my communication with international clients is always appropriate and professional. The tone detection feature gives insights into different tones like confident, appreciative, and curious, which helps me better understand and improve my communication style. Additionally, the setup of Grammarly was very, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that sometimes Grammarly suggests incorrect grammar changes, especially with prepositions, verb forms, or past participles used with past tense. A few times, the suggestions made the sentence incorrect, so I had to revert the changes. I experienced this 2-3 times last week, so this area could be improved. Another area that could be improved is the Grammarly AI detector. Sometimes, even when I write the content myself, it still detects it as AI-generated 100 percent. This makes the detection less reliable, so optimizing its accuracy would make it more useful.

I use Grammarly to optimize my writing, ensuring it's clear, professional, and error-free. It checks for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, improves sentence structure, and offers tone suggestions so my emails and messages sound appropriate and professional.
Unmatched AI Assistance for Writers
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly's customizable features and how it lets me use AI. I really like how I can type in a basic thought, have AI expand it, and then go back in and edit it. I can also ask AI if it needs any further improvements to make it a better read. It helps me when I'm writing an article, and I'm not sure how to take it to the next step or express the next thought, as I can use the AI features to identify what would be a better article based on what people are reading and current trends. I also love Grammarly overall because it keeps getting better.

Nothing. I love Grammarly.

I use Grammarly to write articles and short paragraphs. It helps me expand basic thoughts, edit them, and check for improvements, making my writing more engaging and aligned with trends.

There are too many ads pushing me to upgrade, and the pop-up windows are difficult to close.
