What do you like best about the product?

I feel like I have a data expert sitting on my side who is guiding me and telling me the hidden facts and possibilities about our plant operations. This is helping us to prevent issues before they become bigger and cause more damage that would lead to downtime.

What do you dislike about the product?

Clue does not seem to have a good method of incorporating the data other than what it has in its own database. This can be cumbersome because there could be some great information that is stored in other systems that we use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Falkonry Clue has been really helpful in changing our maintenance from being a reactive one to a proactive one. This means that the equipment breakdowns are detected before they occur hence we can arrange to have them fixed before they fail.

What do you like best about the product?

Falkonry Clue uses an intelligent first approach by connecting to the factory automation sensors to tackle operational issues before they negatively impact them. It astutely perceives, envisages and alerts the incidents of undesirable production events

What do you dislike about the product?

The product has incredible potential, and there are no dislikes.

With all the timely alerts regarding the potential operational issues, Falkonry Clue assisted in uptime perfection, fault reduction, and yield increase for operational excellence.
