Effortless Search Across All Our Apps, from Slack to Google Docs

    Reviewed on May 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I can search across all of the different softwares or apps we use in our company like slack or Google docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything at all really. It’s easy to use and helpful. Like an internal search engine for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to find information inside of my company across all the apps that we use

Glean Integrations That Boost Onboarding Support

    Reviewed on May 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Glean is very easy to use, and the integrations that can be made to it, like connecting all the enterprise apps like Slack, Google Sheets, etc., are really easy. Also, if a complete prompt is added, the performance of the agent is really good. It has helped us with support for onboarding of new employees and supporting the team on tooling access as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things which I dislike about Glean is sometimes the agent does not perform well, even if the prompt is complete and has all the instructions added to it. It doesn't give me the correct result. For example, when I want to fetch hyperlinks from a spreadsheet, a lot of times incorrect hyperlinks are given by the agent, and a lot of times it has been observed that even though the instructions are given completely to the agent, the text is not hyperlinked. It is just given as a complete link itself, which looks very messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main business problems Glean is helping us solve is to allow new people who join the company get complete access to tooling support.

Truly Helpful AI Search That Finds Everything

    Reviewed on May 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Glean was one of the first AI tools that actually did something useful for me, and it's still one of the few truly helpful ones. It was basically super powered search that covered _everything_, including email, Google docs, Slack, notion/wikis, and the broader internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It must have been expensive because the company stopped paying for it. Everyone I work with misses it regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back when we had it, it allowed us to combine all our knowledge sources at once easily to answer specific questions. Most of these tools have exceptionally bad search, but Glean somehow almost always worked and returned something relevant.

Streamlines Document Search and Boosts Productivity

    Reviewed on May 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Glean can access a multitude of resources at different places and find the exact information I'm looking for, which would usually take a lot of time. Glean cuts my search time by more than 90% compared to individually searching every document line by line. I've also found it excellent for creating wireframes or mockups for websites as it can easily access information using Jira. Additionally, Glean supports voice and chat functionality, making it easy to find what we're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Glean is limited by the information it can access. For example, my teammates have access to their GitHub, which provides them better knowledge, but it doesn't provide the same for me as it asks for my individual login. I think it should be able to answer API-related questions using information from GitHub, even though I don't have direct access. I often get stuck because I can't find the data size of attributes to set variable lengths, as this information wasn't available in the resources I had with my personal login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean to access resources at different places, cutting my search time by more than 90%. It helps find specific information efficiently and creates wireframes using Jira data.

Helpful Docs + Slack Q&A Bot Integration

    Reviewed on May 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tie it into our docs. Also the integration with slack for a Q&A bot has been helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has an error and won't generate a response. Often the errors have a useful error code, but sometimes they lack it completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just saves me time, doesn't really solve any problems

    Clean UI, Quick Task Completion

    Reviewed on Apr 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI of Glean. It's clean and super user-friendly, making it very easy to put data together. I can get stuff done quicker, like writing something that would normally take me three hours, and be able to adjust and refine it in just five minutes before shipping it off to our customers. Additionally, as a user, the initial setup was very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely more around the agent capabilities, making it a little bit easier. Also, the ability to create presentations. I think that's a lacking feature of Glean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Glean's clean UI and user-friendly interface. It's super easy to gather data, helping me complete tasks faster—what used to take three hours now takes five minutes. It's well integrated with tools we use, like Google Drive, email, and Slack.

Efficient Data Integration, Hindered by Slowness

    Reviewed on Apr 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Chrome extension the most because I can pop it up wherever I need it, on any tab, and ask it questions based on the tab I'm working in. I also like that I can toggle on different settings from the Chrome extension based on what output I'm looking for, such as using outside data, only internal company data, or both. It's an enhancement from using ChatGPT or Claude separately because it is layered into all of our enterprise data, which means I don't have to give it context or copy and paste internal company info for context.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very very very slow in providing answers. It's also not always consistent. I can query it the same prompt on different occasions and it will use totally different ways to get to an output, which is not helpful. An example would be when I am looking at an Opportunity in Salesforce, and I ask Glean to show me similar closed-won opportunities in the system, and it will use different Salesforce fields in different queries to yield results, even after I have instructed it to do it a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean to integrate AI into company data, solving the need to switch apps and providing direct insight into accounts and deals without extra context or copying from other tools.

Glean Makes Finding Relevant Info Across Tools Effortless

    Reviewed on Apr 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Glean makes it really easy to find information across tools without having to think too hard about where to look. It pulls everything into one place and surfaces what’s actually relevant, which saves a lot of time and reduces the usual back-and-forth of tracking things down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes the results can feel a bit broad, so it can take an extra step to find the exact thing I’m looking for. I also think there’s room for more customization in how results are prioritized or filtered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean solves the problem of information being scattered across a bunch of different tools. Instead of having to remember where something lives or digging through Slack, docs, and other systems, you can just search once and find what you need. For me, that cuts down a lot on context switching and saves time, especially when I’m trying to move quickly or find something I haven’t looked at in a while.
