Versitale backup for almost every user
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 is truly versatile. It allows backups to a local USB drive, NAS, or directly to the cloud. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to set up your backup routine and schedule it according to your preferences. Implementing the 3-2-1 backup strategy with my cloud provider is simple. I perform daily backups and don't have to worry about them, as the process runs in the background. There's no need to manually start the program unless I want to, since the automation works very well. If necessary, you can even link backups together using simple rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using the program. While it isn't too difficult, I would suggest taking some time to familiarize yourself with the various options before you begin backing up. Doing so can help you save both time and disk space in the long run. The GUI looks good, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. I also found it somewhat confusing to locate the different settings for the program itself. You need to use the dropdown menu and select 'options,' since the 'settings' found under the tools tab do not actually open the program's main settings. Perhaps having a dedicated tab for options would make things clearer. However, these are minor issues that I can live with and are not a big deal overall.

I can trust that in case of an emergency, my files are safe.
Reliable PC backup software
What do you like best about the product?
It is efficient a running scheduled backups and sending daily reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation script isn't successful the first time and there is no error explaining why it doesn't install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves a backup solution we needed for the lab without having to acquire additional on-prem units with limited space. And the added service support is a plus.

It is meant for professionals , not for home users much. But that is not really a downside.

The lack of dedicated support in Spanish can sometimes slow down issue resolution for our team and clients. While the English-speaking agents are helpful, having native Spanish support would streamline communication and enhance efficiency for Spanish-speaking regions.

The responsiveness and expertise of the support team are outstanding. They provided a clear, step-by-step solution that immediately fixed our problem, minimizing downtime for our client.
Great Service, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
This is a powerful backup / restore system without the super complex requirements. I am able to backup a file server to an immuatable cloud storage, then restore to a different machine on a different network. This is perfect for disaster recovery.
I have engaged support a couple of times and they are always responsive and provide a clear solution, even if it take a number of tries.

Pricing is a bit unfortunate, going through a reseller. But prices are pretty fair.

Backup to immutable cloud storage, with restore to different machine / network via browser.
MSP360 Online backup is reliable, robust and full featured
What do you like best about the product?
There are options for almost any backup need, file or image backup, SQL, VM, server, PC, pricing is great and I find the software to be reliable and easy to manage. Support is responsive and helpful, it's really been a big plus for my business and customer base. The MSP program is excellent and makes it easy to manage multiple customers and installations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve but that's true of any backup software. Once you're familiar with the platform and options, installing and configuring is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable cloud and onsite backups, flexible storage and media options, backups for many different sources.

The support team, especially Vlad, provided exceptional assistance. Their clear instructions and quick responses made the process seamless. I highly recommend MSP360 for anyone looking for reliable and well-supported backup solutions.

I don't have dislikes so far, if I must add a comment is that the learning curve with usability, and services is more difficult that I expected

I've used MSP360/Cloudberry for almost a decade now to manage backups professionally and personally. It's ease of setup makes it my go-to tool for backups to s3 from desktops. It's a feature rich and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it supported temporary credentials. Keeping a local AWS credentials makes me itch a little.

It protects my endpoint devices from data loss.
