What do you like best about the product?

Pexip offers the best of both worlds: old-school SIP/H.323 video infrastructure, along with modern options and choices.

Upgrades can take quite a bit of time, and can be a bit nerve-wracking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pexip lets us see patients via video, even in very rural areas where doctors are scarce or sometimes not available at all.

Innovations. your product is great but will like to see more innovations offering entire suite like provisioning and managing endpoints from pexip cloud

Interoperability between different platforms & External Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing about Pexip is the quality of their support. Besides constantly providing updates on the status of the case, they do everything possible to investigate it and find a solution.

Another great advantage of Pexip is its seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, which is constantly updated to guarantee top performance. On top of that, it offers amazing UI/UX customization, allowing you to tailor the environment with your company's branding and give users a smooth, one touch join experience.

And the centralized monitoring in Pexip Control Center, the detailed data and analytics it provides are extremly useful for troubleshooting.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is still a room for improvement in Pexip's reporting and analytics. It would be very helpful to have more granular data export options, allowing us to select specific metrics before exporting, as well as tha ability to schedule automated reports. Additionally, simplifying the administration UI for complex routing configurations would make day to day management even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pexip allow us to make calls from non-Microsoft videoconferencing systems using SIP protocol, which provides better troubleshooting and call insights. On top of that, for the end user, the look and feel is the same as regural Teams meeting.

What do you like best about the product?

The differential value for our services is their integration with different platforms, backward compatibility, and support; with support and attention being very distinctive compared to any competitor.

We also positively value the usability and robustness of their products, being a step ahead of their competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has a weak market position due to the strength of its competitors, making it difficult to fit its products for non-technical people, especially because its added value is often not visible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Backward compatibility, robustness, and support. Very flexible and problem-solving technical service.

What do you like best about the product?

Having the ability to see which rooms are currently in meetings and which are not. The room analytics is helpful for troubleshooting as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not like that the device info does not show the MAC address.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pexip is allowing our organization to utiltize Teams meetings on the existing hardware saving us alot of money.

What do you like best about the product?

"On paper" PEXIP looked like it would resolve our hybrid Google Meet hardware meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams integration headache, so I was initially skeptical how easy this solution appeared to work.

From speaking with the sales team at Pexip, to the purchase of licenses, to integration, to using in our live/busy office was seamless.

No convoluted configuration/integration process.

We have had zero performance issues with the solution and hace been using PEXIP for months.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not experienced any downsides to Pexip to date, with the solution or the Pexip team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we use Google Workspace primarily for email and calendar scheduling, whereas a large portion of customer base would send meeting invites to our employees via Microsoft Teams.

This caused our employees some logistical headaches, as they would be required to bring their own hardware (Windows/Mac/Linux laptops) into the meeting rooms, connect to the meeting room hardware, connect to the Teams meeting. From a support angle, this was also an overhead for the business, as support was required many times to assist colleagues in connecting successfully.

With Pexip, these issues and convoluted processes melted instantly.

Now our employees simply walk into the meeting room, tap their meeting on the screen and within seconds they are connected to the Teams meeting from our Google Meet hardware.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate how seamlessly Pexip integrates with our conference rooms. Its native interoperability with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet makes it easy to unify different technologies without forcing us to be tied to specific conference room vendors. The quick support and onboarding made it look so easy. Also, Pexip performance has been top level.

I have no words regarding disliking Pexip

the code can be used to get connected with video devices.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that the platform is relatively easy to deploy and has delivered consistently reliable performance. The onboarding was a pleasant experience and the team made it friction free for us. Pexip also continues to expand its capabilities, allowing our company to provide enhanced functionality to end users without the disruption and expense of switching platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the credentials required to configure the environment must be obtained directly from Pexip. It would be helpful if administrators could retrieve this information independently through the management portal.

Pexip also relies on third-party partners for telephony capabilities, while much of the configuration and integration is left to the customer. The initial setup was challenging, although the environment has been straightforward to manage since it was properly configured. Pexip would benefit from having a more established telephony partner, a simpler integration process, and greater involvement during onboarding. They were very helpful however while troubleshooting and provided suggestions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pexip helps us connect our conference rooms to Teams meetings while still maintaining a platform-agnostic solution. It gives us the flexibility to join multiple platforms with a good experience, and it also allows the organization to scale quickly and easily. As we continue to scale for growth, we believe this solution will save money over the long run.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Pexip for its easy setup and minimal troubleshooting, which is great for our small IT team. It connects seamlessly to client calls using the hardware we have in our conference rooms. It's incredibly easy, almost plug and play, making it a valuable tool that works without a hitch.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that the threshold for licenses is set at 10, which doesn't suit us since we only have 5 pieces of hardware that can utilize Pexip. Starting with 5 licenses would be a better option for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Pexip solves our connectivity issues, letting us join Teams and Zoom calls seamlessly with our Google Meet hardware. It's invaluable for our small IT team due to its easy setup and minimal troubleshooting needs, making implementations smooth.
