I like that Netcraft allows me to quickly identify suspicious websites, phishing pages, and online threats targeting the brand. It provides strong threat detection, which is essential for dealing with brand impersonation issues. The initial setup was smooth, which was a relief. Overall, I am highly likely to recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Netcraft could have faster threat alerts. Improving real-time notifications so new phishing, counterfeits, and impersonation threats are reported even faster would be beneficial.

I use Netcraft for fake website detection and brand impersonation protection with strong threat detection, quickly identifying suspicious sites and phishing pages targeting the brand.

What do you like best about the product?

Netcraft has been an excellent partner, consistently delivering rapid takedown actions with verified results, often measured in hours rather than days. Their takedown process is transparent, and the portal provides clear, actionable feedback throughout the lifecycle of each case, giving analysts confidence that threats are being addressed quickly and effectively.

The platform's API is intuitive and easy to integrate, allowing automation of workflows and reducing operational overhead. Onboarding was exceptionally smooth and was completed within a matter of hours, enabling the team to realize value almost immediately. In addition to their takedown capabilities, Netcraft's threat intelligence is incredibly valuable, providing meaningful context and actionable insights that enhance investigations and response efforts.

From a business perspective, Netcraft offers strong value for the investment, with pricing that is more competitive than many comparable solutions in the market. Netcraft is solving the challenge of identifying and removing phishing sites, brand impersonation, fraudulent domains, and other external threats before they can impact our members and organization. By rapidly detecting malicious infrastructure and executing verified takedowns, often within hours rather than days, Netcraft significantly reduces the window of opportunity for attackers to target our customers and brand.

The platform provides highly actionable threat intelligence that helps us understand emerging threats, investigate incidents more effectively, and proactively respond to malicious activity. This intelligence has improved our visibility into the external threat landscape and enabled faster decision-making during investigations.

There is a bug for takedown report. when I report a takedown like shokzbrasil.com It would not take the "www.shokzbrasil.com" down.

Supportive and proactive reaction to request. In the past few weeks whereby there were few impersonation attempts, Netcraft reacted swiftly to manage those incidents.

Nothing significant that is worth mentioning.

Mainly impersonation and able to take it down proactively, or also manage those via adhoc request.

I appreciate Netcraft's customizable and simple-to-use features, which make my life easier by allowing me to do what I want. The product just does its job effectively. The initial setup was extremely easy for my team.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can maybe be improved with how the tool handles malicious emails when you're able to click through it to see how it interacts with it. But that's just being nitpicky.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Netcraft prevents our members and employees from interacting with malicious emails. It's customizable and simple to use, making it easier for me to do what I want and simplifying my life.

What do you like best about the product?

I love that I can request screenshots from different locations and device types, and it returns a separate screenshot for each one. That makes it easy to confirm where the site is accessible and where it isn’t, without having to guess.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside is that I can’t find a dark mode option for the UI.

Netcraft takes a lot off our SOC team’s plate by automatically removing phishing sites. It scans for keywords relevant to our industry, which helps us respond faster and reduces the time we spend chasing down threats.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like the most about Netcraft is the speed with which they can track attacks. Multiple times now, we've had reports of a malicious site from either internally or externally, and by the time we take a look at it, Netcraft has already initiated takedown of the site.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's some mismatch between the tracking in our portal view and what the API provides, especially in how attack IDs are grouped versus what's uploaded via the API into our logging systems. We've had struggles with matching them for tracking purposes to get accurate reporting for upper management.

I leverage Netcraft to quickly take down brand impersonating phishing sites, protecting our credit union members from attacks.

Their service is unmatched to any similar services that we've seen. They make it incredibly easy to take down look-a-like domains that we see every week pretty much.

There isn't really anything that I dislike about them, they're very good at what they do and a good service to have

From a product perspective, greater flexibility in Netcraft’s pricing model would help us better evaluate and align ROI as we scale consumer use cases. More broadly, this highlights an industry-wide opportunity to establish clearer benchmarks for comparing pricing and performance across scam protection providers.

Netcraft solves the challenge of fragmented scam intelligence by aggregating malicious URLs and related data attributes into a unified, frequently updated feed. This enables us to detect scam messages more effectively for our subscribers, proactively protect users from potential scam, and take action—such as initiating takedowns—to disrupt threats at the source.

What do you like best about the product?

The automated takedowns is one of the key feature from Netcraft. The team will review the requirements and have their product team to ensure it can capture similarities or TTPs for takedowns without your approval.

What do you dislike about the product?

There have been some cases where a takedown is not possible due to the nature of the site. However, the domain/social media is clearly impacting the brand or company of our concern. It will take a longer procedure and the outcome is not always successful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving all the phishing sites and fake applications that we are not capturing in our day to day and automatically doing takedowns. This save a bunch of time for us.
