What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy using Bucketlist Rewards because it allows me to redeem rewards for anything, such as groceries or just cash, which is super convenient. One of the great things is how quickly they resolve issues; when my reward expired, they replaced it right away. I find gift cards particularly useful for grocery shopping as it saves me money. It’s valuable in my workplace because we get rewarded with Bucketlist Rewards for good or extra work, which is meaningful. Setup is simple since the company provides us with a username and password, letting us access rewards anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bucketlist Rewards provides me flexibility by offering gift cards for groceries, which saves money, and their quick replacement of expired rewards is great.

What do you like best about the product?

The site is easy to navigate and simple to access. It also offers plenty of great rewards to redeem, and it’s nice being able to save up for them.

What do you dislike about the product?

Being able to see who has been given points can be discouraging for others, especially for those who don’t receive points very often.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Silent acknowledgement to the staff. This allows open kudos and acknowledgement for everyone to see.

Having such a wide range of rewards to choose from is great. Gift cards are always a solid option because they let me get exactly what I want. The website is also very easy to use, which makes the whole experience simple and convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about Bucketlist Rewards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wouldn’t necessarily say they’re helping me solve a specific problem, but being able to choose the reward or gift card I want is really great. If I need something for the house, I can just get it without having to worry about spending my own money.

I find it satisfying to be recognized for a job well done through Bucketlist Rewards. It helps in receiving and recognizing well-deserved praise for co-workers.

I find that Bucketlist Rewards could be more user-friendly when it comes to retrieving points. It's sometimes confusing trying to figure out how to download the gift cards. Additionally, the initial setup was quite challenging for me to figure out.

I don’t like that the points I’m able to give away expire if I miss the deadline.

sometimes recognition does not go up the chain and back down so people dont know I appreciate them

It fosters engagement with coworkers and is a good way to give others recognition for a job well done. The rewards system is expansive and there's lots of options.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like more engagement. The ability to add images and emojis would make it a bit more fun. This next one isn't an issue on Bucketlist's side; I would like it if more people than just managers could give out points. It's be very good for morale as I've seen and been a part of that sort of system at a different company in which EVERYONE has 100 points to give out each month.

Recognition and having my good work seen by others. I'm not one to boast, but I know that it's generally good to have others speak well of you. Counts towards keeping your job!
