I like how easy Salary.com is to use. I use Comp Analyst for competitive pricing, and the initial setup was pretty easy.

It has a ton of information and is very up to date

It's overly complicated for what it is, I feel like I have to be a coder to get it right or find exactly what I'm looking for, also the search functionality can be annoying, sometimes a title won't be in there that should be, or there are like six titles that mean the exact same thing

Pay equity - - it helps employees and managers understand why our ranges are what they are and ensures that we are being fair within our industry and across our teams

What do you like best about the product?

As an HR Director completing annual salary reviews on Salary.com I appreciate the way that you can tailor the settings to the location, organization, position, level of education and additional skills or certifications. It helps me drill down to get the most accurate and up to date information.

What do you dislike about the product?

I love that I can drill down and have a lot of options, but sometimes that can make the process take longer which is frustrating when you are on a deadline.

Salary.com is allowing me to get updated information so that our leadership team can make informed decisions for our staff.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is and how easily we can access salary benchmarks to support hiring and compensation decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike about Salary.com is that the compensation data can sometimes be too broad and may not accurately reflect certain specialized positions or specific job responsibilities. It can also be challenging to find an exact job match, especially when our internal job titles and duties differ from those listed on the platform. Having more detailed and customizable job comparisons would make the data more useful and accurate for our compensation decisions.

Salary.com helps us address the challenge of determining competitive and fair compensation for various positions. It provides market salary data that allows us to benchmark roles, evaluate pay ranges, and make more informed compensation decisions. It saves us time on compensation research and helps us remain competitive in attracting and retaining talent while maintaining internal pay equity.

The CompAnalyst Salary Survey product has been our preferred resource to obtain current and accurate job matches for over 10 years. This information provides us confidence as the Vice President of Human Resources at our non-profit organization in the healthcare industry.

With the new features now available, I don't have any recommendations or suggestions.

Slow in service, LTI data is not really accurate as to how it shows

I don't have any dislikes, except for the pricing; however, the team tries their best to work with us.
